What is the linen?
A basic 40 count cream that I spritzed lightly after accidentally ruining the Paperbark. Careless as I am.
I am really liking this color as I start this design, AGAIN. The Heartland was good, but the gold leaned green and something did not feel right. Paperbark was good until it succumbed to recklessness. Tired of the border and decided to start in the center this time, love the house.
Since borders are not fun to me, maybe doing different elements between that chore will help.
Another weekend closing, another week of summer gone. Mid August. And leaves are falling already. I am crabass, hear me roar.
Be safe.

Hello Marly: This house is adorable, love the brick look. Summer is flying by which means I am getting older YUCK, I hope all is well in your neck of the woods, rain and more rain, even flooding here in Minnesota which rarely happens.

This house is adorable. I am crabby about the heat wave that wont quit. Janice
Third time's a charm? Here's to hoping. That house is wonderful! Talk about crabby and reckless, reckless and crabby....last night I totally ruined the Halloween piece I've been working on for quite a while. There were a lot of tedious color changes, confetti stitches, etc. and I was ALMOST DONE. And then I ruined it. I tried to "fix" it and ruined it more. All I can say is keep your distance if you know what's good for you. There isn't enough pasta or cinnamon rolls here to make that any kind of ok. :-(
Looking good Marly! We just had a thunderstorm move through and tomorrow should be much, much cooler, thank goodness. I'm a crab with the heat and humidity.
It will be a lovely piece when finished. Your chances are always great and looking good.
Time flies.....
