What a pile

I have some larger samplers needing frames, mid sized also, but a pile of smalls to be finished.  In a bottom drawer, I found two bags already finished.  Why am I stitching more?  I'm hoping to stitch berries since that configuration is scarce.

Until then, I have Chloe and Hannah to play with.  Chloe, in my mind, is perfect as an unframed antique primitive piece.  I envision it pinned to a cupboard door, sort of wimpy.  The colors shown on the chart are from both sides, I chose the brown thinking it would appear older.  But the turquoise is fabulous.  ?????

She is bigger than I want to stitch, but so spaced out there probably isn't as much work as it seems.  And one that would hide errors quite nicely.

Hope your weekend is a good one.

This is a beautiful sampler Marly. It looks big but there are sections of alphabets, so I do not think that it will take a lot of time to stitch.
Take care and stay save, Truus from Holland

Two bags of finished ones???? Whaaat??! We wanna see! Your drawers sound like a wonderful place. I'm loving both the floss and the linen you're using for Chloe. And your idea of a "wimpy, cupboard," finish is perfect. I was contemplating starting a SAL with my SIL but it started yesterday and I've no clue what linen I'd use. With being ill, I just didn't have the energy to put things together...and given how slow I stitch (and how much other crap I have to take care of), I doubt I will since I'll be forever behind. But, gee...that linen you're using looks very tempting.
