Just a quick note to wish you blessings and health and happiness in 2015, fifteen years after Y2K. Fifteen. My head spins, but not fast enough to miss that piece of chocolate. Really wanted to make an effort and cut down on sugar this year. Chris was released from the hospital, still no biopsy results (its been over a week and I'm nervous), and we planned to have our Christmas dinner this Sunday. He was home for two days before Carole was rushed back in yesterday. I don't have answers, they don't either at this point. The AV node ablation may not have been successful, she is in and out of V-tach, having PVCs, the third lead of the pacemaker takes a few months before optimal performance, and she is totally disgusted. Needless to say, the third plan for Christmas is once again cancelled.
My first order and new chart of the year is Anna Eliza Abe, this little darling from Threads of Gold. You can call or email Em-Li's for the chart. I mentioned her in a prior post, put her on my list (the list of many that are never found) and forgot to add her to my prior order. Happened to see a photo and ordered it before I forgot once again. Darling. Sweet. Little.
Have a relaxing weekend.
Thanks for visiting.

Oh Marly, hoping sis and Chris get health resolutions soon and you guys can breathe......! Much less get to finally have that Christmas celebrations~ follow up to your awesome suggestion of placing the Mylar in the Mary Beales wreaths; huge and total success! Worked like a charm, my customer was over the moon which put me over the moon! Thanks again for your valueable tutorials~~ I ended up covering huge buttons for centers...no holes cut! Simple tonal piping and a good amount of quilt batting layers to pad but not puff.... Now I need to stitch and finish those beauties for myself! EmLis will always hold a special place in my heart as Carols mom, Edna, was my stitching mentor.... I still look up to her even today~ take care my friend.....
So sorry to hear that your sister is having such problems again. I will continue to keep you all in my prayers. It's time you all get a positive break!

Prayers for your family, hope the hospital can sort something out soon.
I have a question! What are the pear shape items in your header? They look like pears but are they?
I've been checking everyday to, hopefully, read some good news..
All of this, I know, makes all of you feel helpless. I pray that Carole and Chris will soon be feeling better..
Enjoy stitching your new sampler.. Thinking of you !

I hope things will get better for both of them. Sometimes things dont go as planned.
I am praying. Chris should call on Monday about the biopsy. It shouldn't take more than one week to receive results.
That is a sweet sampler.
Thinking and praying for all of you that this will all sorted very soon.
Love the little sampler.

Oh, Marly, I had so hoped 2015 would bring better health to your sister... that must be so worrisome and stressful that she is now back in the hospital. I can't imagine. Will keep both Carole and Chris in my prayers...
Please take extra good care of yourself, too, Marly. I'm with you on the cutting down on sugar--I am thin, but eat way too much of that stuff! It sure does help with stress though :)
Sending you a hug and truly hoping that 2015 turns itself around and things improve for your sister and nephew.
