Hi folks.
Had dental work done Tuesday, still swollen and bruised but feeling better. Advil is my choice for inflammation and pain but I'm only permitted to take Tylenol. Worked well enough, the worst is over. Stitched a little last night on the berries, made minor changes in placement, but should have studied it more before starting the project. It's fine, will finish soon.
Because of the enormous cost of the continuing dental work, and the sort of slump I'm in, no haul (as they say). But I saw a project being worked on IG, loved it for a while, so ordered it along with two others. Very reasonable price and shipping from Everything Cross Stitch.

I feel your dental pain - literally and figuratively unfortunately. I should be on the downhill side of my major undertaking but already I'm feeling some additional discomfort so I'm pretty sure the next thing on my agenda will be another crown. Arghh. Fun new purchases...I actually have that last one all kitted and ready to go...for far, far, too long already.
Luckely you are feeling better after the treatment of the dentist. Hope the pain and swollenface will soon be over.
A few years ago I visit every week the dentist and decided after a while that he could take everything all out . So now no pain anymore and feeling much better.

I’m so drowning under all my stash but I went to weekly stitching at Sassy Jacks here in Asheville and racked up quite a bill last Thursday. You’d think I’d just be happy with what I currently have sitting here on my footstool but I saw what a couple of stitchers were working on, it was down the rabbit hole immediately! That’ll teach Mark to go take a long nap while I’m surfing all things stitchy. Hobby House Needleworks will be able to pay someone’s salary this week and I’ll have threads and charts….win, win!
I understand your dental woes as I have been enduring dental implant for 14months now and it’s my front tooth. I don’t see the surgeon again in August then hopefully he’ll release me.
