I had a few requests for the Kielbasa stew recipe which is listed on the recipe blog.
When I went there to see if it was listed, I spotted the Peaches and Cream. Oh no. Haven't made that in a while and hoping I can forget about it. I really would like to give up sugar. Seems to cause my heart rate to increase and I feel odd. But I still have elderberries in the freezer for pie! And six bricks of cream cheese for cheesecake! And that fabulous fabulous chocolate zucchini bread in the freezer! I failed to add that one to the blog page and will do that soon. Can be found here.
http://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/recipes/a48378/death-by-chocolate-zucchini-bread-recipe/ You won't be sorry.
And this may be silly, but I love it. I can't help but bounce my butt and smile when I see it.
After all the hatred and disrespect for others online from the self-righteous, I have decided to stop following a lot of people. This little ditty is a fun, goofy, innocent change.
Have a nice weekend.

Hello. I love how your sampler is coming along. I definitely have to check out your receipes. I'm polish and that kielbasa stew sounds good to me. Thanks for sharing.
I know what you mean about all the negative people out there. I had my fill of the disrespect for others on Facebook. So sad what some people have become.
Loving the sampler. Yes, too much negative thoughts on Facebook and elsewhere in social media. I prefer happy thoughts!
You are generous as always. Thanks.
And I stopped following one of my blogs due to her political statements.
Your sampler looks great. This is why I have never done Facebook. Love your one man band. ;)
Hahaha I've seen that fella's commercial on TV and it cracks me up every time! We seem to have reached a point where we can't have disagreeing thoughts and calmly discuss them any more. Waaaay too much negativity online and on TV.
As I was reading about your sugar problem, my timer beeped for the chocolate cake I'm baking
;) Nothing fancy just something for company tomorrow. Had to laugh at the timing though.
Have a really nice Saturday everyone!
Love the sampler and those recipes sound so good. I've had to unfollow a few also on FB. It's pretty sad.
Love the sampler. Going to look up the stew recipe....peaches and cream...sounds yummy. I've also culled out some "friends" on Facebook...can't take all the crap. And I used to have the news on all day but no more. Love your blog...always a bright spot!
I have unfollowed, unfriended and blocked sooo many people on FB...it has cut down on my notifications anyway! I go there for fun and stitchy stuff...
Love the sampler..I have that pattern somewhere, must dig it out!
Ha, I love that cute video clip! What a perfect little smile for today!!
Happy Weekend Miss Marly.... Now you have me visualizing you sitting on the couch butt bouncing and eating peaches and cream LOL. Hmmmm....I haven't had peaches and cream since my childhood....but I suspect it's not the same as to what you are referring....ours was just fresh sliced peaches when peaches were in season, topped with cream straight from our cows.... But speaking of chocolate zucchini bread...you just reminded me that I have some tucked in the freezer. Yipppeeee!!! Smiles & Saturday Hugs ~ Robin
Wha happened...I was typing a comment and got kicked out only to see some sort of ad from my orthopedic surgeon...Crazy 'puters.
As I was saying (if I can remember) The Kielbasa stew sounds wonderful. I usually slice and fry it a bit to rid some that xtra fat and just eat it with a tad of horse radish...simple but I love it that way... Also, cooked in with some BBQ sauce is really good. Bought some beets today. will bake them tomorrow. This was another recipe my Nana would fix them pickled. Love beets any way I can get 'em.
Enjoy the day...we will be watching the game (I have no choice). Hubs missed his calling, he should have been a sports caster...his memory is amazing... about football stuff and he loves the sport.
Anyways, Be Happy with Peace for ALL,
Barb
I'm catching up on blog reading again. I think it would be fun to have some samplers on those boxes. What a display that would be! As for the disrespect. It's sad. And wrong. if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything.
I received this pattern yesterday and like it very much. Can't wait to play with color and do the lions spotted somehow!
