that took a while! For the first time, I had more email entries than comment entries. The name chosen is Becky J. I can't contact you Becky so please email me with your request, I'm assuming it will be 123Stitch since that is where your wishlist is!
Thanks everyone for participating, hoping you all have a wonderful Christmas or holiday you celebrate.
I believe this ornament was a free chart but I can't remember. Hope I still have it in my bulging file.
Still no stitching, my thumb crack will not heal regardless of lotion and medicated creams. Extended more today with more bleeding, just can't hold a needle. I may go to Urgent Care and see if they will use the glue on it. Thought I could buy it but haven't found it yet.
This Santa has a beard of knots, really hard to tell from the photo. The last several years' favorites were the slim, mostly PS Santas, but this year the rolly polly guys are making me smile. Not sure whose he is because I sold/gave away most of them.
Have a good evening!

Love your stitching and decorating. And your brat cats! Got some of the skin glue stuff at Walmart, not impressed, it's like putting nail polish on an open wound and didn't last. Hurt like the dickens too. Got little tubes of super glue at Dollar General, and use it sparingly, but it helps on the split skin (and doesn't hurt as much as the skin stuff).
The ornament is by Sheepish Designs - 1990 Christmas Sampler - presumably from the JCS ornament issue of that year, since I have stitched it as well. In the UK you can buy plastic skin in a dropper bottle and that is handy for cuts. Hope you can find some. Interested to know about your shoulder as mine has been bad for a couple of years now. Thought it was a frozen shoulder but that should have sorted itself out by now.

Congratulations to Becky.
Love the Santa in this post and how you decorate your home.
Hope your thumb will heal soon so you can stitch again.
Have a great day
Greetings Truus from Holland
Congratulations Becky! My right thumb cracks open often. I use either Superglue or even easier I paint on liquid bandage.
Have you put O'Keeffe's Working Hands Hand Cream in the cut multiple times a day? I do this and the cracks go away.
Hi Marly,
Try Super glue for a quick fix. My guy is a mechanic and uses it all of the time. To avoid cracks, get yourself a paraffin bath - your hands will thank you. The heat helps ease arthritis pain and the oil in the wax does wonders for your skin. You can find them lots of places at this time of year and should only cost about $30 I think. Ask Santa for one. Merry Christmas!
