Hi folks. Just want to mention a strange happening. Comments left on posts are sent to my email (except those from AOL and Yahoo) but lately, I am finding several in Junk mail. They are sent from Google/blogger/gmail that always came to my inbox before. Always and frequent. FROM THE POST, not from a device or personal account. No matter how many times I correct this, remove from Junk, Add Sender to Safe List, they continue to go directly to Junk. Why? The other comments from the same post do not. Turns out, those particular readers have mentioned on their blog or FB page that they are pro-police or pro-Trump. That is the only link between these readers and since all comments are emailed from Blogger and the same post, is this really possible or a strange coincidence? I use Windows Live Mail which has emails forwarded from gmail. Is anyone else seeing comments from certain people in their Junk folder or is my laptop possessed?
I got my wire tree out, which is sort of falling apart. The spray applied to the wire cracks off and makes a mess. One day when I feel like wasting more time than usual, I may chip it all off and have a skinny wire tree.
I adore these little labels which if I remember correctly I printed from a website offer.
The new blogger format is a royal PITA. Previously, I could upload all the photos I needed for the post and insert them as needed. Now, when I go back to add text the other photos disappear and I need to search for them again, If anyone can tell me how to move photos within the draft, please do, because I can't. Left right or center are my only options and there is no way to put two side by side. So I combined them into one photo and sure hope they go back to certain features that were removed.
I don't know what happened with the boot foot, maybe I curled my toes trying to prevent a fall and the pin moved, but holy crap is it painful now. Wasn't before! Seeing the doc tomorrow morning. I walk like a caveman anyway (hate being tall and try to go as low as I can) and now I'm a caveman with a limp.
I started a new little. Different fabric, a few different thread colors, and I can't find my camera. Later.

I haven't had any issues with comments in the spam folder lately. Did before, right after this new format launched. Agree, things that used to take one or two steps now need at least two or more. The stupid drop-down menus in draft make no sense. They used to be right there, in the header. Click, you're done. Probably some kid with $2000,000 in student loans is making it more complicated than need be just so they can change it again, and again, to keep their jobs.
Nothing, I mean nothing would surprise me with online activity anymore. Makes my head hurt!

Sorry to say that it is not a coincidence. I get many emails from Conservative sources and they all go to junk mail. My friend is also having the same issue.. Big brother is watching.
I haven't had much experience with the new Blogger, but the post I did disappeared and reappeared several times. As for comments - I don't seem to get notifications anymore. Just stumbled onto them. I love your wire tree! Hope the doctor can figure out the cause of your pain.
I mostly use Yahoo for email and have always had a problem with emails going in spam folder. Doesn't matter who the sender is or what the subject is, sometimes it goes in the spam folder, sometimes it doesn't. There is no rhyme or reason as to which messages go in the spam folder.
I agree the new blogger is a P-I-T-A! I used to get email notification after a comment was published on my blog, but that disappeared months ago. I finally got it working in June and then the blogger change happened. Lost the email notifications again.
Hi Marly: I am having issues posting, not sure what is going on, if its not broke it does not need fixing, they just have to fuss with a program till they screwed it up (not the word I really wanted to use)
I so like the tags and the tree is adorable.
If I am going into your junk mail box not sure why, I have not mentioned any Presidents name on my blog.
I do hope your foot gets better, so sorry to hear it hurts.

We had a dog, years ago, who had to have a pin put in his hip
(got hit by a car)........he licked the place where the pin went in, only
for me to find the pin laying on my bed......it came out.
Didn't have to have him sedated to have it removed.

I just found all of my blog comments in the my spam folder... I'm new to gmail so it took me awhile to find the spam folder....lol! So, thank you for mentioning it in your post!

I don't blog but do have a lot of posts go to junk box. I also have tons of stuff removed from Facebook. "Content no longer available" is the norm. Hope the foot appointment takes care of the pain issue. L.O.V.E. all the tags you have been making!
I also hate the new blogger and photos was the first irritant. The way I move photos around is CUT then PASTE in the spot I want it to go. That way you don't have to go back thru your files.
I have noticed some emails go to my spam folder and some stay in the comments and don't redirect in my personal email so only see the comment if I read all my comments.
The most irritating of all is that I have a link to "Bloggers who Hook" and in the old blogger it would give a snippet of the first photo posted on that blog. Now it is just a boring list which doesn't tempt anyone to view anyone's blog.
Your tree is still cute and hope you are pain free soon.
Sorry I can't help with the blogger issues. I was feeling rather smug about no problems withe WP, and got my come uppance - they inflicted some damned block editor on me when I made my last post. Lots of the same issues, so far I haven't been able tof figure out where to put photos where *I* want them, getting photos uploaded is hidden and takes more work, etc. HATE IT! GRRR and Harumph!

I use Yahoo and have had several hacking problems. One of them sound like your problem. Look at your e-mail settings, mine has an option that says more settings then choose filters. When I have problems with stuff going to my trash I will find a filter has been set up that is causing it. Worth a try!
Yeah....I call weird..... I don't have a problem with comments going to my spam/junk mail, but there have been 2 (and I think now 3) long-time commenters/bloggers whose comments never come through as an email notification...I only see that they have commented if I go to my blog post and read the comments...and then, of course, there is no way to respond to them. I had a major issue with that a few years back so linked my blog email to a gmail account (because Google and Blogger are...well...you know...just different arms of the same monster)...but my notification email is still my "main" email, which is AOL. It helped to resolve the issue except for the two bloggers....and one of those bloggers has an aol email and one a gmail email. I can't figure it out for the life of me. Curious if mine is one whose comments go to your spam??? Hope the dr can provide some relief tomorrow!!! ~Robin~
PS....I think your tree is the same as the one I have....I've never decorated mine though, although it has lights.....it's just my bedroom tree LOL.
