plus these ...
creates a sturdy place for my messy sister to keep catalogs, magazines, articles, books. Two holes in the wall instead of six, secured into a stud. Boom.
Thanks for the suggestions to complete Elizabeth's thought. The sampler was completed and stitched after that row, and since there are thirty stitches following virtu, seems like she deliberately wanted the rest left off. We'll never know. Haven't decided whether to stitch as charted or add one of your suggestions. I'll keep going and decide later.
My low back is killing me, now there is ?? a blister ?? or something there too. I called my dermatologist, can see the NP at the end of May, no sooner.
Hope your day goes well and you get a piece of pie.

Great idea for those wall pockets.
Maybe Elizabeth got flummoxed by what the verse was supposed to be and the space she had left? OTOH, it looks like there was room left on the following row to finish a word... and there are plenty of samplers with words split between rows. Or she deliberately left it unstitched in silent protest of general views of girls' education?
I hope your back pain is from all the painting you've done the last couple of weeks, nothing new cropping up. Hopefully there will be a cancellation you can get in to the dermatologist sooner?
Fantastic looking rack for corralling magazines and the like, Marly! Have a restful weekend!
Marly, if back is painful and blister could be Shingles. Hope better soon and can get in to see doc soon.
What an ingenious solution to ordering accumulation...hope Carole follows
the process... You are a family treasure. Sorry you have another concern to add to woe... and hope the Dr. can see you sooner and give you a remedy and an encouraging report.
I was thinking of shingles also. Hope you can get it looked at sooner.
Love the rack for magazines. Hopefully, Sister will use it.
Nope, never would have guessed that...but how very clever. Wanna adopt another messy sister?? Please? ~Robin~
Never thought about a magazine rack-- very clever and more space on the ground for her wheelchair.
Hope your backpain is from all the painting you have done last time and will disapear very soon.
Take care, Truus from Holland
