was poorly constructed. Once again, I stitched without careful study of the chart. Who knew the roof was narrower than the house? If noticed, I would have changed it to exactly as I stitched it anyway, aligned with the house side. Lizzie wouldn't mind I'm sure.
I counted the motifs off of the chimney which is two stitches off, and never checked the placement with the row above. Another mistake. It's a stroke of luck that there is room in the design to move the motifs to the right. No harm done! Whew. I should be finished soon.
On May 8 I will be given the Prokera Lens which will cause blurriness and then days later it will be removed and the other eye will receive one. No stitching for at least a week, maybe longer, and I am hesitant. No harmful effects with this amniotic treatment, but I have such reactions to the ordinary!
Making nutrolls tomorrow. Finally. And once again, the florals on my leggings will become very large blooms.

If you didn't always point out your counting errors, we would never know.
So what is the purpose of the Prokera Lens. It's something I've not heard of.
Like Lauren said LOL.... Robin
Yes, if you don't tell, we'd never know about your errors. OTOH, I'm glad to know -
a. I'm not the only one that has trouble sometimes
b. not every error needs to be ripped out and re-done
I had to look up the lens - I hope it works for you!
love the little fabulous house....99.999% of all of my models stitched by me have mis-counts in them. Shhhhhhhhhhhhh.
;)

Glad you won't be ripping out any of your stitches, Marly. No one would ever notice, I'm sure.
I had never heard of the Prokera Lens, but it sounds like it might help with dry eyes? Very interesting and I hope you get some relief! Try to enjoy this yukky weekend weather :)
Oh I like that house and the colors in this piece are fabulous Marly! Simply lovely. I'm another who has never heard of that lens (Prokera). I just Googled it and I sure hope it works and brings you relief Marly. Best of luck.
Greetings Marly: Nutrolls yummy.
I like the colors in this sampler they look vintage, I hope your treatments work for you, please keep us posted.

As I echo other sentiments, if you didn't point out the off-count, I would never know. I am absolutely sure that every single thing I have done is "off!" I even look at my early long-arm quilting and on a few of them, I sort of forgot what pattern I was using and changed it and then didn't even know it until I had advanced the quilt. Ha, and I dare anyone to comment.
Oh, nut rolls. My absolute weakness. I rarely make them anymore, I head to Delallo's in Jeanette and spend a lot of $. But that's a good thing because my flowers are already in bloom!
Best wishes with the lens. I am not familiar with the process but there is a lot of positive feedback so far. Will be thinking of you.
