Six little aged pewter cups and a sweet old box with beautiful blue paint.
An old tall barstool for outside display, will probably be moved inside.
An out of round nicely turned old bowl with wide lip, traces of yellow paint,
and BIG.
And of course.....
Bud is meowing a bit - never did before, and trying to bury or cover food and water. He's starting to shy away from me because he hates having the liquid meds put in and a lot is being spit out regardless of cheek pouch, corner of mouth, back of throat, head tilted, or on the side position. I had no trouble at all getting my donut down.
I'm closing in on Barbara's finish!
Another pear giveaway coming up.
Have a great weekend - thanks for your kind words and your visit.

Oh, I can comment again! I agree that you should shop with Bud's allowance...shame on him for causing so much worry. Great new finds..

Beautiful finds :)
Me sleepy and now off to bed
Sweet dreams x
Yeah, giving meds to cats is always a challenge! You're lucky you still have hands and arms left!! LOL. Glad to see you back to posting again. Laura
Love the pewter cups and the blue box is devine!! Love the color. The bowl and stool are great finds, Marly! I'm glad the kitty is doing a bit better. We have 5 feral cats that come and visit in the morning and evening when they are hungry. My husband trapped all of them (at different times) and had them spayed and neutered a couple of years ago at our PAWS shelter. They are beautiful cats and thankfully, we don't have the dozens of kittens we have had to find homes for over the past 5 years. Have a great day....that donut really looks good!
Oh Bud! sheesh! Have you tried tossing it to the back of his throat, holding his mouth shut, and either blowing on his nose and/or stroking his throat?
And I do NOT see chocolate on your donut?!?
I was thinking the same thing about your doughnut -- where's the chocolate? Great finds especially the stool and pewter cups. Glad Bud is doing better! Have a fabulous weekend!

Hope Bud gets better Marly, wish he'd stop burying food and drink and actually consume it! Wonderful finds, that bowl is fabulous.
Mia is always doing that burying food motion. Over everything. lol! Giving cats medicine is a real challenge. I don't envy you. So glad that Bud is getting better though. Love your finds -- all Bud's fault, of course!
Poor Bud...there is almost nothing worse than being force fed medicine...and having someone use your allowance for non-cat treats...
OOooo I want that bowl!!!!
I eat my stress too!
Hugs

Super shopping! Glad kitty is doing better...
Bud has used up some of his 9 lives too. If he's putting up a fight over his meds, then he's feeling better and I know that makes you feel better too, Marly! We cat people are strange ones....
Glad to hear that Bud is feeling better. I can't imagine trying to give a cat medicine. I sneak Dottie Dog's meds in her oatmeal. I like your shopping finds.
bless his cotton paws ... he don't like the taste of that medicine does he ... hope you manage a way to get it down him ....
and love the shopping trip finds :)

Great finds! I always say I never met a wood box I didn't love. Yours is really special!
At least he is doing more stuff, even if it is AVOIDING you with the meds! Great shopping finds! Hugs!
Wonderful finds! Love that "blue" box and the bowl!
