Not much progress on anything

Hello people.  It's a spaghetti and sausage Sunday afternoon for my tired old body.  Exhausted is more like it. My carpet machine is really hard to push and pull and it made no difference in the heavily soiled traffic areas in Carole's upstairs.  It all needs replaced.  I told her to let it go since it's only storage and she can't get up there anyway.  I will have to hire out the first floor including walls because I'm just spinning my wheels.  Her very limited income doesn't allow for a cleaning service.  If she can't get it in order for them to come, then it doesn't get done.  This isn't the first time I've gone through this.

My progress on Mary Lamina..
I will be working on boxes this afternoon and will not have as many as I did before along with a few mini, medium, and large journals.  This was an order for Mary Antrim and I only have one more box for this one.  The sampler sold for over a million and the image is in public domain.

Spaghetti is one of my favorite meals, but I already ate two donuts and a bunch of ranch Doritos.  Such a pig.  I've been talking about seriously trying to lose weight but always put it off for tomorrow.  Mark and I just cleaned the yard of leaves again but there's no calorie burn calculator on the rake handle or blower.  No idea if it cancelled out a donut.

Hope your week will be a good one.

Thanks for visiting.

Don't feel bad, Marly...I went grocery shopping, spent a small fortune and then stopped by White Castle and had three sliders....now I'm the pig!! Sorry it's been so much hard work for you helping out...just spend the rest of today stitching and eating your spaghetti...it sounds delicious!

I should be raking leaves but will no doubt nap instead...which will definitely not cancel out those mini Reese cup I ate for breakfast...Sounds like you're knocking yourself out helping your sister...how's she been feeling?

Hey, I didn't burn any calories today to speak of and I'm heading to 5 Guys in a bit. My idea of fine dining.
Hugs :)

Marly,

Do you still have one of the boxes available that is shown on your latest blog? I really like the pattern.
My e-mail is ctzanath@sbcglobal.net. Thank you!

Just got back from a rug hooking retreat and I feel like a stuffed sausage. The meals were more than I normally eat, even when I did not eat all they offered. Gonna be on the skinny meals this week coming.

Mary Lamina is looking good, Marly! Have fun working on your boxes and journals. I think raking and blowing cancels out the donut. Enjoy your spaghetti!

Your stitching is lovely as usual. What a terrific sister you are!! Yes, I'm sure all that raking is worth several donuts!!!

Hi, I've seen some pics of yours on Pinterest and really liked them and tonight came across your blog! Love reading it! Raking DOES cancel out donuts because of the energy involved in raking over and over and over! ;) Which means you earned them!! Hope you enjoyed your spaghetti ~ another good pasta dish is chili over spaghetti noodles ~ (I like Wendy's chili)
Hope you're having a good evening!Hugs!

Oh yes, Marly, raking the leaves did cancel out the donut and you burn double calories if you complain while raking. at least it does in my world. Hang in there with sis. You have just one don't you?

I've been absent from reading blogs for about 2 months now, but I've been thinking about you and praying for you and your family's needs. You carry so much on your shoulders. . .
I love your Sampler :)
and I know the struggles of calories...believe me...

Recently moved out of my apartment and began my new life of couch-surfing/traveling, and you know what that means, I need a storage space to keep all of my stuff.
