Breaking up is hard to do, but sometimes, it's necessary. One of each. Flag, and no flag. No flag is on aged parchment paper with black interior, flag is on aged paper with tan interior.
All new boxes will be $16 including shipping. I figured it out (finally) and added the Paypal fee and the cost of the box onto the $12 box and realized it wasn't enough. Email me if you are interested in either. Red boxes are ready and will be posted beginning of February.
Two things - is there a forum or group that has said something negative about me? A friend emailed to tell me to check my followers, since they dropped over 50 in one day, the day I posted about the George box. Still dropping. That seems very odd to me.
This photo is from one of her posts. Check it out if you haven't already.
Sun is out. Reubens for dinner.
Have a great day!
Thanks for visiting.

Yikes - that is some tiny stitching!!!! Not sure why your followers would drop so much - weird...but then I find blog-land weird anyway....
Oh boy! I love Reubens. I guess it is for everyone that followers dropped overnight.
I happened to read on Victorian Motto Samplers blog last night that she suddenly lost a ton of followers. I don't quite understand the blog talk, but it seemed it had something to do with the lost followers not having a google account. Maybe her blog could give you some insight as to what is happening with you. I can't imagine anyone purposely NOT following you anymore! Hope you get it figured out.
The gist is that if your followers used something other than a gmail account to follow you, they are being dropped as followers. Another push for people to use a google product (in this case, gmail). It isn't just your blog, Marly. Like the previous poster mentioned, you can read more over at Nancy's blog, Victorian Motto.
Your boxes look great!
I heard that Blogger was dropping followers if they did not have Bloglovin. Who knows? If people want to read my blog, they know where to find me! lol. Both boxes are lovely.
I love reading your blog but don't think I've ever been a "follower"... Just a regular reader and occasional commenter , but I do have a Google acct....I think lol ......from snowy south eastern Canada :)

There is a terrible strain of flu that is hitting people hard. According to my son, a physician, death counts are up because of it. Maybe you lost some followers because of this? Just a thought. Reuben sandwiches sound good to me. I read your blog regularly...
Hi Marly. Check out Nancy's (Victorian Motto Sampler Shoppe) blog post from today. She talked about the drop in followers. It has something to do with Google stopping some people from having access. You didn't offend anyone. Google is trying to clean things up or something. Take care.
Me too Marly, lost a lot of followers, I know I'm boring but.....Blessings Francine.
You are not losing followers thru any fault of your own. Thank Google.
I'm losing many followers, too, thanks to Google :(
Hugs :)
Lauren
It's not you, read this on Nancy's blog at Victorian Motto.

Amy has a fantastic stitching blog.
I love to look at all of her projects.
She has many!

I'm not a follower (that would take more bloggy-tech knowledge than I have), I guess I'm just a shower-upper. I love your blog. And the boxes are awesome. SF
Thank-you for your kind words about my blog!
Amy
The loss of followers may have something to do with this: http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/blogger/WZDh/~3/5G6R7ezSXEc/an-update-on-google-friend-connect.html I don't understand the post at all since I don't keep up with such things, but I pass it on for what it's worth.
Check out Victorian Motto Sampler blog. Nancy has a good explanation of why your losing followers and what to do about it. It's a Google thing.
Hugs,
Rose
Your boxes are wonderful! I lost 3 followers in a 24 hour period last week. Really don't know what is going on but 50 is pretty extreme. Just read that last comment, weird how that happens. I think a Reuben sandwich is in my near future!
Love your boxes. I don't think anyone would drop you, it's probably google. I look forward to your posts and always enjoy them. Theresa
always a fan of your boxes am interested in the box with the flag and George, how do I go about purchasing never have before thanks
Great George Washington boxes !
Love the "strawberry thief", the detail and colors are perfection. Thanks for the stitching blog link.

Hi, Marly, I would love to purchase one of the George Washington boxes. I'm not picky at all, either, whichever one is left. I'm a GW collector. Thanks!
I was just showing my husband a picture of the 'ideal' remake of the family room upstairs, including the fireplace surround and shelving on both sides. If I had that, I would have all of your boxes up on the mantle! They are so nice! Look forward to the red ones! I took the followers counter off my blog years ago... It just doesn't matter to me! But it is a Google thing... as said previously. Nothing to do with you or your posts!
Thanks for the new blog link. I really like those boxes. So pretty.
Weird stuff about the whole Google and follower thing. I never pay attention to followers anymore. I know I've lost them because all I do is knit these days. lol! Whatever! Love the George boxes.
Sewwequilt.com also had a good explanation for the loss of followers on a post a couple of days ago. Basically it seems Google is doing it, more every day. They are attempting to force everyone to sign up for a Google account and are dropping AOL and others. Your followers are really still there....but if they don't have you bookmarked somehow they might have to look around to find you. If it's available I usually follow my favorites by e-mail. Otherwise I use Bloglovin to follow... I'm not sure if that's working right or not any more. I wish they would leave things alone! I'd love to have one of the red boxes if you have any. blessings, marlene
