to fit the sampler I wanted to sell. Finally! So once I pack for shipping I will list it here, probably in a day or two. Price? Hmmmm. That requires thought of which I am incapable of at this time.
I found a family that could use my extra paint so time was spent checking the gallons and making sure formulas were there so they could get more if needed. When you are out of shape, it's amazing what can wear you out. Need to start exercising and found a link on FB for a sample DVD of Body Groove for shipping charge of $4.54. I'm sure my arms will be knocking things off the wall and busting ceiling lamps but what the hell? Leslie Sansone and I have a long standing relationship and with new DVDs I have not yet pranced to, we will be reacquainted soon. I hope.

It is so hard to get in shape when you are out of shape...I do a lot of different sit and be fit youtube videos...it's made a big difference...then this respiratory infection hit and I feel like I'm back to square one...love that you found someone who needed the paint...

I've seen Body Groove ads on Facebook and they look interesting and actually do-able for us older and very out of shape folks. please let us know what you think of the new DVDs- maybe they will be a good tool for 2019.
That $400 plus isn't too bad. A group out here wanted $4000 for me to take off about 30 pounds! Really nice of you to give away the paint!
I haven't heard of Body Groove before, maybe it's something I should be looking up, because lord knows me & my food have a tight knit relationship lol. Let us know how you get on with it.
I think I have every DVD Leslie Sansone has ever made! Not sure I could do them now.
There's only one thing that ever worked for me: journaling EVERY CRUMB that goes in to my mouth! I've found that just knowing I have to write it down keeps me from eating it. Well, most of the time anyway. Maybe I'll start that journal tomorrow!

I have so much for which to find homes or just good Ole "Salvation Army" will get it. Lost 25 lbs, gained back 8, must loose that 8 again plus more . . . NO FUN, especially at this age. It is not easy as my physical activity is way down. Hoping knee surgery will help to get me back on a better track. Must keep positive thoughts, otherwise I am in deep doodoo.
