A blogging anniversary giveaway. What will it be?
Probably one of these, have not decided which.
Velvet heart, primitive journal, simple sampler tuck, knob hanger.
The last one is my own design, similar motifs taken from another design so I don't know if it's proper to chart it. If I want to stitch again on lighter linen, I need to!
With all the charted motif books and alphabet books available, the more I think about it, this would not be an infringement. Not only are they modified, the entire design is different.

LOL Marly! good one. It had to be a calculator....couldn't have been a remote since the men in the family hog those gizmos,right? True confession time. You know how you can sort of unpinch your fingers to make an image bigger? I tried that the other day on a picture in a magazine.Boy did I laugh at myself! Have a good day!!

My Mom would have fit in with those cute ladies.
My Dad had a fit when I wanted a TV in the house back in the day and said he'd never have a calculator........"use your brain" he would say. I don't know what he'd think about computers and all of the new "fangled" gizzmos now days.

Very funny, sometimes I feel like that with technology!
Too cute! It reminds me of one time when my husband played in a poker tournament at our community rec center. He called on his way home to let me know it was over and I asked him if he won anything. He said, "Yes, I won a clock". I said, "I know that it is one o'clock but did you win anything?". He repeated, "I won a clock". I repeated, "Honey, I know that it's 1 o'clock right now, but did you win anything?" He paused for a minute then said, "I won a CLOCK! TICK TOCK TICK TOCK!" "Oooooh, you won a CLOCK!" I said! They used to give out door prizes and that's what he had won. LOL.
LOL I can identify with that picture. I'm always picking up the tv remote and trying to answer it.
