Sorry, I forgot

The sale of grab bags today will be held tomorrow.  Until I received emails scolding me, I forgot that the email subscribers only receive posts at the end of day, close to midnight.  I did not post the time of the sale yesterday, planned on doing that this morning, which leaves out a lot of readers that would not see the time until after the fact.  So I am posting now which will show up in your mail box tonight, that the sale will be Sunday at 7 pm EST.  I added two more grab bags.  The plastic mailers I ordered for shipping aren't coming until Wednesday and I would prefer using them rather than paper so orders may not mail until then.
There ya go!  Sorry, and thank you for reminding me.

Lots of new stitchery being shown at the party in Nashville this weekend.  This sampler (Mahala Barber) from Fox and Rabbit Designs wins the prize for me.  What a border!  Love it, would never stitch it.

More my style and size is this one from The Scarlett House, Charlotte Murdoch 1815.  The small dogs are over one which usually stalls the deal for me.

I've only seen a few photos of the newest releases but did watch Theresa Kogut on floss tube.  She had quite a few designs both punch needle and cross stitch, another Santa may be in my future.

That's all I got today.  Hope your weekend goes well.  Snow for us tonight but just a few inches.  Feels like a manicotti day, filled with ground beef, mozzarella and spinach.  Last time I added too much spinach water over the shells made them a little bitter.  Recipe is in the index on the recipe blog. https://marlanco.blogspot.com/

Thanks for the update. Both of those are great patterns....I saw Stacey Nash’s new pinkeep drum and am in love with it, but have never done a drum before.....I’d probably do all that stitching and then fudge it up in the finishing. I also saw some amazing samplers posted by Needlework Press...all too ambitious for the likes of me, but stunning. Your manicotti sounds amazing...(especially since I have been left to my own devices food (and other) wise since Wednesday. Eating whatever you want isn’t quite as fun as it sounds after a while. (Especially when “whatever I want” involves chocolates, chiips and frozen pasta.). I don’t believe I knew you had a recipe blog. AWESOME! I am definitely going to try a few when there’s more than me to feed. We had our snow yesterday/last night, but only 4” or so. Now we are back to the deep freeze with -25 to -30 windchills. Have I mentioned that I am so over this already??? ~Robin~

The Fox and Rabbit Designs sampler you showed really caught my eye as well (love the A&E at the bottom!), but I also really like one of their other new ones - Sarah Newman, 1822 ... as if I need more stash.

There's one that I saw and thought of you immediately - Needlemade Designs Agnes Outterson, 1903. In case you're curious, Attic Needlework's latest newsletter (which you can find on the main page of their website) has pages and pages of Nashville previews, enough to give anyone new stash fever.

Very tempted by your linen sale. Even more tempted by your planned dinner - yum!

That is a beautiful sampler but it looked like quite a bit of over one, I avoid that !!!
