Ann Hicks 1820 on 30 count over two with two threads. Ann is a nature lover. She enjoys frogs. Loves them. Another few rows of verse and the rest is all motifs, none of which are perfectly aligned so the frogs will have more room to hop.

Seeing the doctor Wednesday and asking for PT, specifically the Epley. My friend had it done last week, said it was not unpleasant and the dizziness and uneasy feeling left her immediately. But she was no where near as affected by the vertigo as I was.
It's July, finally warm and feeling like summer. We were cheated out of June and this wasn't the first time. My neighbor is already complaining about school starting in two months. One more year and he's retiring with full benefits and salary at 53. And he still complains. I hope it doesn't go as fast as he believes, but it usually does.
Have a great week.
Thanks for visiting.

I see that you're one who stays up late. Now, me, I was sound asleep when you were writing this post. I go to bed with the chickens. LOL
I like the idea in your last post about having a loop at the end of the thread. Sometimes I'm very bad and make a small knot. I'm not a professional so who's going to know, but me. I'm enjoying what I'm doing.
I and my family have been to chiropractors for help with our necks. We've all experienced headaches and dizziness from not being aligned properly.
I hope your PT will help you.
Have a good week. Thinking of you.

I have always preferred alphabets over motifs, too. That is a big sampler for sure!
Good luck getting PT so you can finally get some relief.
July? How did that happen?
Hoping PT will help, cannot hurt . I prefer alphabets too, who is the designer for Mary Elliott?
I for one will be enjoying my two months off as a teacher. I really hope the PT helps your vertigo. I have only experienced it once and that was more than enough. I can't imagine working on a large 30-count piece. I am using a magnifier for a small 28-count piece and it is giving me fits. Your work is beautiful. I do hope you stick with it.
Ann Hicks is looking good, Marly! I would be happy to send you the heat and humidity that has taken up residence in my part of Virginia.
Hi Marly,
The sampler is looking great and I do hope you will be able to enjoy it!!
Hope the Dr visit goes well and you can get what you need to feel better!!
Our weather has really started to heat up and will not cool down again for some time!!
It is so funny to think that now 90 seems cool to us!
Hope all is well with you, Mark, Carole, and Chris!
Keeping you in our prayers!!
Heart Hugs~

Thank you for designer info, the problem with Em -Li's is she never gets back to you for ages. I will give her a try though. I saw the different Mary also, I too have no idea on pricing either.
Hi, Marly. Many years ago, I was visited by Ms. Vertigo. It lasted a really long time and I went through several different doctors until finally, one suggested I see an ENT. So I did. In the meantime, I had been doing a lot of research and found out about Benign Positional Vertigo and the Epley Maneuver. I was diagnosed with this malady and had two Epley Maneuver treatment. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly I felt better. Also, my husband followed the instructions we found on the internet and was able to administer the treatment to me (this was recommended by the therapist). To this day I still occasionally have a vertigo problem, but not near as bad as previously. The Epley fixes it every time. I hope it does for you, too.
