Right from the beginning...

I changed colors.  In my defense, this was quickly worked on back in February and I just went with my standard go-to floss and had not stitched it.  But once I started working on it I wasn't happy and thought a deep rich purplish something or other would be nice.  And what goes better with that than bronze and blue-gray?   I guess the others will change as I go along.

And ….  Petey's back!  He is checking out the set up, but Bud and Nit have decided it's pretty damn nice and have taken up residence.  We're working on a plan for better protection with a condo feel so no one feels left out. But we need to give him time to adjust to the first phase.  Old man Bud always spent the majority of his time inside, but now looks for Petey and prefers being outside within sight of him.

Hope your weekend went well.   Mine was spent canning hot pepper jelly and hot pepper mustard, but neither were a success.  One was completely my fault.  Oh well.

Thanks for visiting!

I must have missed something, how do you know that Petey is called Petey, you mentioned that he acknowledges his name?

So glad that Petey is back. I think you've started something with the condo. I hope Petey will love it in time. He'd better, it's going to get colder soon.
Have a great week !

So happy to hear Petey is back! You are so kind to the poor abandoned fur babies.

Yay - Petey is back! Do you have a farm coop near by? We got some free plastic barrels (about 2 feet diameter, 3 feet tall), cut them in half, sawed a doorway in the side. Then put a thick piece of foam insulation (leftover from another project) in the bottom topped with old carpet bits. Dry, wind proof (especially with a brick or 2 on top so they don't blow away), and will last for years.

I like the new colors on Henry.

Glad Petey is back, I am sure you can find a good winter home solution for him. You know cats are finicky, everyone has bought cat beds to find out they prefer the box!. I have finally got my older cat to sleep in one in a chair mind you. The other cat after two years of having a cat bed on the guest room bed now finally sleeps in it. That is after I put it on the floor. Why????

Just catching up on all your news. Glad to hear Petey didn't disappear after all! Still don't know how you manage with your harem!
