The Dritz sewing gauge is used on so many of my projects for a variety of reasons, and is critical to me when mounting needlework. Whether laid flat, on edge, upside down, it makes the task much easier.
I should have been finished with this but it was a bad eye weekend.
Happy Monday!

Boy, the new ones sure are flimsy! Going to keep my eyes open for an older one at a garage sale.
Marly, that little sewing gauge is so handy for sewing but I never thought of it for framing! Thanks for the tip!
I love how your BBD is coming along. The dolphin fabric and reds you chose are so pretty together. I hope your eyes do better this week.

Hopefully today is a better day :)
I couldn't live without my sewing gauge...although I have never used it for cross stitching.... I still have the one I got when it was a required tool for sewing in high school. Then again, I still have my pressing ham too....somewhere LOL. Love your rich colors on your new little.... Hope your Monday was good to you. ~Robin~ (PS....LOVE the tags!!!)
Why I have never used a sewing gauge???? Never even thought of it...I just count the linen threads...like a dummy!!
Never seen this tool before!!!
Your new stitching is looking beautiful!
Sorry to hear about your bad eyes weekend. Hope today will be better.

I've had that same gauge for years & always use it.
