Snow, sleet, rain, ice

Be careful!!   The white crap is treacherous tonight!  Got our meds, another Covid test, a full freezer, and we'll be safe for a few days.

The name attached to the number drawn was Carolyn CHM.  Please contact me with your preference of shop and we'll get that GC taken care of!  Thanks everyone.  As soon as I get my clearance of second Covid negative, I will offer the berry chart.  I've been ill since Christmas so I believe the virus has left me (with pneumonia!).

No stitching to show.  Why?  You can't believe the number of mistakes!  It looks to be aligned properly now so I can move on as soon as the eyes cooperate.  Surely won't be leaving the house!  Tomorrow will be a nalesniki day, one batch cheese and one batch jelly.

Stay safe everyone!

OMG Marly. I just NOW read your post of 2/10 when you gave us your horrible, horrible news. I am SO glad I read from the top down (current to less current) or I would be one big mass of blubbering jelly. I never thought I'd say this, but thank God for COVID. I know you are not well yet and I know you are full of questions, but I am sooooooo happy that you will be here longer than two years and won't have to spend the next two years trying to figure out how to leave this life and suffering all the while. OK, I'm going to go get try to get my heart back to it's normal rate. You add light to my life. Don't go anywhere.

Marly, try to get some much needed rest and remember to take care of yourself. Will continue to wish that you can find some answers to your health questions. I will certainly be thinking of you.

You getting some white stuff?? Well, be safe and warm. We had -39º here this morning...without the windchill. This is getting very old very fast. Nalesniki are kind of like French crepes I think?? Which makes me once again wonder where the heck my crepe pan disappeared to during WWR. I know I would likely find it if I bought another....but I choose to be stubborn. Ahhh, the crepes and calories I'm missing! Congratulations to Carolyn!!! And thank you Miss Marly for your endless generosity. ~Robin~

Marly, I hope you feel better soon. My uncle was just diagnosed with pneumonia last night and was admitted. Like you, his dr. missed it despite him complaining for weeks about feeling weak and out of breath. It took collapsing yesterday afternoon and hitting his head on the coffee table for them to figure out what was wrong. And now along with his pneumonia he's got a concussion, a big stitched up gash on his head and has gone all this time without treatment. I'm so fed up with patients not being listened to!

What do you mean white crap? You mean lovely snow? We're getting some early in the morning here for a second day in a row and I'm so excited. I know you hate the stuff but we don't get nearly enough so when we do I get all giddy. Ha! Hope you're feeling a bit better. Pneumonia is no joke, take care of yourself. Still praying.

Just saw some pictures on the news from the snow in the USA--not funny at all!
We have had snow and sleet for a week and now it is smelting.
Hope you will feel better soon.
Take care and stay save inside.
Greetings, Truus from Holland
