of 3860 looks pretty darn nice. I really thought 451 was better but I trust you, and wasn't able to envision the entire piece with multiple clusters in either color. So although I liked the softness of the lighter shade in one cluster, I just wasn't sure it would be enough throughout.
I'm thinking about the larger charts I have with the "fancy" borders, and hoping they will not be as trying as this one. The highlighter pen covering completed areas on the chart is very helpful, but still, a PITA for me.
Adding to the difficulty is the extreme dryness that has not lessened at all.
Have a sunny Sunday!

OH, LOOKS GREAT; I LOVE IT!
Hi Marly: It does look pretty, you are making great progress.
I hope every minute you are feeling better.

I truly don't think you could have gone wrong with either choice....as I said, my knee-jerk reaction was the 451, but I like the pop that the darker color gives. The sun is playing peek-a-boo here...and it is wonderfully mild. Yeah, I know. I should be out doing what didn't get done in the gardens, but I wasn't in the mood for a sunny, mild, day. ~Robin~ (PS...so how did you get the wrinkles out?? Curious, wrinkle-prone minds want to know....)
So happy you feel good enough to stitch...and make progress.
Marly, your sampler is just beautiful and the color is perfect!! I’m so glad you’re feeling well enough to stitch.
Take care..... Cherie in WI
Happy Monday, Nov. 8.
Love the colors in your sampler. So happy you feel like stitching and thinking about choosing colors.
You are on my mind and in my prayers for much better days ahead.
Going to be a rough week for my daughter and me. Will be glad when it's over.
Hugs,

I'm happy you are feeling well enough to stitch more. I didn't chime in on the color choice as I could not decide. The sampler is looking great with whichever one you went with. I hope Mark holding up with being the only one on leaf duty.
This is looking beautiful, Marly! I'm so relieved that you are feeling much stronger and are able to stitch... This beautiful warm week ahead should help even more! ♥
One would never know your eyes are dry, given the progress you are making. I am so glad you chose the deeper hue... it really pops along the border...that is such a lovely
sampler. Hope you are feeling better and better with each passing day. You, Carole and Mark are enclosed in prayers.
