Since I am close to a finish, will I feel like stitching the border? Or just the sawtooth? Or if I decide to tolerate the flowers will I rearrange and space evenly? These and other questions will be answered in the next episode of .... As the Crab Decides.
I do not like that pinky bird and may change. That will be another episode of the never ending saga ...... As the Crab Alters.
The disturbing and sad situations, grief, and the return of the menocrap, are causing distractions and some episodes may be rescheduled for a later date.

Marly I cann't understand that your menocrap has returned.
I too have periodes of hot flashes often at night time ,but they are for me related to Sarcoïdose. And I am to old for another menopause time-- in the 70th.
And now a days are full of stress and not only covid,but all the problems you have with Carole and your own health too and now the war in the Ukraïn.... please don't be too hard for yourself.

I'm not fond of the pink bird either. I'm sure you'll pick a more pleasing color.
Sure do with and pray for things to be better in our country and around the world. Don't know when that will happen.
Rainy day here today. Had a shingle blow off of my roof Monday. The 2012 installer came and fixed the problem yesterday (Tues.).......ridge vent was loose causing shingles to loosen. We had very strong winds on Monday. It's all good now........NO CHARGE.

It's times like these that make me say I like boring. Drove my Dad nuts, but I don't think he separated "boring" with "bored". I totally agree with him that bored leds to trouble.
Part of me would change the bird, part of me says leave it, at least for now, as it might look better when the rest is finished. Bummer on the menocrap return, you have enough stress as it is with your health issues, handling everything for Carole, yard being torn up, and all the other sh... stuff happening in the world. Maybe the stress of dealing with it has is the cause of the menocrap return?
Your crabby humor makes me smile though I do get have the notion that you are not doing so much of that lately. I rarely make changes to patterns. I don't buy them if I don't like the colors. Good luck with your changes. So sorry about the meno issues.
Well??? Yeah...I'd change out pink bird...but only cuz you pointed it out...and, more importantly, YOU'RE doing the ripping and re-stitching. And...(first put down whatever you are thinking of throwing)...yeah, do the flowery border!!! Looking forward to the next episode. ~Robin~
