I do not like the bottom's green. Recommended 3011 and I found an overdyed that was very close, thought the gentle variations would be nice.
I am so upset about the background situation that I don't really care. I was half way through when I realized it was too something-or-other, but continued on. Depending on how it's finished, I could hide six of the rows and only keep two visible. My pile of pieces to finish is large and with Hobby Lobby opening today locally, I may have some options for framing the large samplers.
Rain last night, enough to knock down the large heads of Annabelle.
My southern peaches are starting to fragrance the room. Soon.....
They offer shipping but it's much more expensive than ordering a box online and picking up at the location specified. My 25# for $50 contains 48 peaches, all very large and perfect. They are grown at the farms in Georgia and southern states. The refrigerated semi had a cab that was impressive and I wanted to sneak inside. Sleeping bunk plus an area beneath, the driver seat seemed about five feet from the ground. What a ride!!
Stay safe.

Sorry the green isn't what you pictured, Marly... Perhaps it will grow on you?
Sure wish we had gotten that rain--such a dry July so far that our grass is browning out.
And thank you for helping me spend my money :) I had never heard of The Peach Truck before, but my husband loves peaches and I discovered there is a pick-up point in the parking lot at our local Sam's Club. So, next Wednesday we'll be in possession of 25 ounces of peaches! I did find an online coupon that worked for me FRESH20 that took $10.00 off so some of your readers who want to order may find that helpful. Thanks so much for the heads up!
To me, that green is fabulous. Totally fabulous!!

Like Kathy, I am loving the green. Do I know to what "background situation" you are referring? You mentioned it a couple times and I though I recalled you sayin initially that you didn't want to go into it...so I respect that. But I am just being forgetful (more and more common these days) and/or obtuse (has always been an issue and is not improving), can you please indulge me and let me know what I'm missing please? ~Robin~
*So far* I haven't had any issues with orders and shipping (regular mail is another story) but I'd rather drive to pick up the peaches too. It's about the time something I order something perishable is when delivery delays or mishaps would happen.
You may as well dish on the background situation. It usually helps to share what's going wrong, if only to know others have had to deal with similar. IIRC, you said it doesn't affect you directly(?) but it sure seems to be occupying your mind quite a bit.
I'm not seeing anything unlikeable with the green. But it's your project, so your opinion is the only one that counts. :-)
