Wasn't a good day. My front tooth chipped off a good deal after hitting the new bottom crowned horse teeth. I have another break out, itchy as hell, the cold/sore throat returned, Missy was attacked on the deck by ????? and has a large bite, and I saw a stitched Kezia.

The 3011 currently used is great, very soft and subdued, is that what I want for her? Or some pops of color? I think I should pull up the big cotton whities and keep the 890.
There are no vet openings and I have no antibiotics for Missy, which would be impossible to get into her mouth since we can't hold her. An injection would be the best, but we can't handle her without getting bit, let alone when she has a painful injury. Two vets would not accept her as a patient previously because she can't be handled.
My six month CT scan of my lungs has been cancelled, no one is working at the testing and diagnostic centers, and this was scheduled for mid September. They already know. My option is the minimally staffed ER at the hospital. I do not want two high dose CT scans on my chest within weeks of each other but the heart angio scan can't include the lungs. They're right there!! Use Landscape setting!! Whatever.
Moving gravel again today, found a place to transfer it all and it will work well.
Have a good day folks.

I will just say "Oh My!" It is time for some good luck for you. Not having a curated eye for color, I like the sample and yours as well. I do think my silks tend to stitch easier over some linens, particularly over one, but my stash is limited because it is rather $$$$
Poor kitty, what can you do? I once had a French Basset Hound who required major sedation just to trim her nails. The vet ultimately refused to do it because they were giving her a dose large enough to tame a small pony and felt it was too risky. I felt so bad for her, no one could help us. When it was time to send her to her next life at age 18 which was elderly for an 80 lb dog, I remember the dirty looks I got from the teck when they saw her nails. I never used them again. We changed vets for the other dogs and cats. I understand but I don't need judgment. Perhaps she will heal without treatment?
Take care.
"use landscape setting"...LOL. Me thinks the world is not on any of our wavelengths anymore, Marly dear. Adjust, adjust, which you do splendidly. Hope kitty comes through with natural healing and avoids
any future encounters. Time for you to reeeelax once you get that
tooth tended to. You have a big break of well being coming to you.
Have a lovely weekend.
Marly: I looked at the post on facebook, I like your fabric choice better, I hope your cat heals quickly.
Have a great day.

Hmmmm.... I scooted down to your prior post and saw the photo of your Kezia there...it looks totally different (including the linen) from the photos of your Kezia in this post?? In either event, I actually prefer your colors.... Yeah, change out the greens like you're thinking, but I like the warmth I'm seeing. And it seems truer to the photo of the original which is what made me fall in love with this sampler to begin with. No offense to the other version, but it seems very "green" and cold to me. Yikes...I did splurge on the called-for silks...hope I don't regret things. Bummer about the tooth, the scan and the kitty. I have no good suggestions...only prayers and good wishes. ~Robin~
Thoughts and prayers for your color choices, stitching, tooth, Missy's healing, you shoveling gravel. Praying for strength for you to get through all of this.
Wish your stitching didn't cause you so much stress. Should be a thing of joy and accomplishment. I go through some stress too, when I don't count correctly and have to rip out what I've done. Soooo frustrating.
Hoping something can be done for Missy. Wish she could be a strictly indoor kitty.
Praying for our country. Never did I ever think it would be in the fix that it's in.
Take care and have a peaceful, restful, enjoyable weekend.

I'd say "wasn't a good day" is quite an understatement. Any one of those things happened to me, especially the tooth, and I'd be crabbing about it being a lousy day.
Worrying that they canceled your lung scan so far ahead. I hope they get it together and do it soon. I don't understand why they can't be done in one shot either. I mean the heart is nestled right up there between the lungs! Unless the difference in tissue density means different machine settings?
Poor Missy! Our Goober got bit by something last year. He runs away at the sight of the carrier, I can't even catch him to try and take him to the vet. He did finally heal, but it took a long time. Hopefully Missy can also recover without the stress of trying to get her to a vet. I'd ask if the vet could give you the antibiotics to inject her, but it sounds like it might end up in you or Mark in the struggle to give it to her.
I hope yesterday was an example of crap happening in 3s and now clear sailing for a while. Yes, I know there were 4 things gone wrong, but compared to the other things, being not happy about Kezia isn't all that bad.
I PREFER YOURS MUCH MORE; DON'T BE SO HARD ON YOURSELF! I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU HAVE THE ENERGY FOR THE GRAVEL BUT IT LOOKS LOVELY!
