Dog gone

Finally.  I have to admit I almost don't want to complete the border, just put it away.  Do you ever feel that way when closing in on a finish?  Changes in color and placement are too numerous to mention, and I failed to note them anyway.   I just couldn't go back to Ann Stone as planned, this was too confusing to remember after a break.  I may do a small border section and rotate with Ann now that it is all that's remaining.

The dog looked like a boar so I changed snout and added ears.  You can see a slight difference in the blue of coat's bottom, new skein was started.

It's very cold.  I remember Septembers and Octobers that were an extension of summer, but our summer was chilly too.  Lots of outside work to do, the help promised months ago won't reply.   Full Advil but I have been careful and only taken one a day at times.  I need a doctor that looks for answers.  Sjogren progression affects joints, fatique, lungs, may be what's happening.  Quite concerned about the increase in that nodule, and been waiting four weeks to be scheduled for heart tests.

Hope your day is warmer than mine!

Thanks for visiting.

Hi Marly: You are so close to a finish; this is a beauty love the dog.
So sorry things are not going your way with doctors, I hope you find a good one that will listen to you.

Marly, this is a beautiful sampler and I hope you decide to finish it. You have lots to be crabby about and sometimes it’s warranted. I’m crabby today because it’s 45 degrees with a 40 mph wind on the shores of Lake Michigan. Ughhh! Cherie in WI

I agree that your sampler is beautiful and the border should be finished. Don't give up on it now.
I'm waiting to hear when I'll have hernia surgery........not crabby, just feel helpless.
Hoping Carole will be happy to get home. God bless her and you too.

Sorry to hear your Sjogren seems to be increasing again. I wish it were only the change in weather that is the cause. Stinks that you can't get in for tests. Or help on your yard work needing done. Or Carole's house changes she needs to come home.

It's quite chilly here, in the low 20s last night and tonight, 40s and windy today, then back to 70 by week end. Far too dry though, I may have to haul hose or water cans to give some things a drink.

Julia looks good, so close to a finish. Alternating with Ann Stone sounds like a good plan.

Please finish this sampler-- you are so close to the end!
So sorry to hear your health isn't going to be better but worse.
Did you look on internet for sarcoïdose?? There are many issues you have that might be the trigger for this.
Sending prayers and lots of love to you and Mark, Truus from Holland
