Pinroll finish

Added a few scatters to fill the empty spaces.
Used Colour & Cotton (Garland & Marsh) for the bird.

Relapsing today before I even test negative.

The reason I want the vaccine is to not feel as vulnerable to severe illness.  I know people are still susceptible and many of our vaxed friends have had it multiple times.  Cases as mild as a sniffle, and next time hospitalized.  One friend was hanging on to life two weeks after a booster.  A local young woman had a mild case until the sixth day when it struck with a vengeance, she died two days later.  This evil released to the world is so unpredictable.

Enjoy your weekend folks.

Be safe, be well.

So sorry to read about troubles with Covid. It's as nasty as can be. I've had 4 vaccines and feel much safer not working! I've been wearing a mask all along and getting so many funny looks. I never cared, I know what can happen and I have health issues anyway.
Since I have rejoined the land of counted cross stitch I've had so much fun. Have been going through your blog and just looking at the photos. Thank you for all you share. Wishing you a speedy healing.

I apologize to you Marly, for letting my feelings about the shots spill over into your blog comments yesterday. I should have been more sensitive to your health situation and zipped my lips. Praying you continue to heal from this nasty business

Marly, I can’t believe you have that stitched already! They both are so cute and the Ohh La La book is on order at my needlework store!
I hope you feel better each day and wish you could get the vaccines, too, just for peace of mind. They obviously helped to get this terrible disease somewhat under control. Take care of yourself. Cherie in WI

Sorry you're feeling worse again, hope it is short-lived.
I understand wanting to feel like you're doing something to feel less vulnerable. I really hope people aren't giving you crap for wishing you could get it.

Your 2 recent finishes look great.

So sorry for you Marly that you are so bad again and praying that it will be soon gone.
In our country the specialists are saying that people with health issues like you have and my sarcoïdose don't take the vaccins, because your immune system is already so bad and it can be a trigger for bad health.
Like your stitching and the colors you have used. Have this book too and hopefully the time to stitch will be very soon.
Take care, stay save and you are feeling well very soon,Truus from Holland
