Big, but not as big as I thought. Quite tall, not very wide.
The window trim and bars are over one as are the curtain swags. There is a special stitch used there, will decide when it's time if I have the panties for it.
Been working outside while hubs is golfing, doing projects that he doesn't want me attempting. Somewhat strenuous, heavy work that can result in obscenities. And pain. So far so good!
My new book is arriving today so I doubt there will be much stitching. But maybe it's best to limit pages, spread the joy over a week. That's difficult for impatient people.
Enjoy your day!

I love the way the house looks. And...I confess...I hate stitching houses like that. For some reason it makes me crazy! My new silk threads arrived!! Just waiting on the pattern now. Enjoy your new book.
You are getting a whole lot of stitching completed. The house looks great. Be careful with the outdoor work, but don't stop.
Looks to me (the novice) to be very complicated. Waiting to see the finished piece.
Stitching causes my eyes to water a great deal. Aggravating to say the least. Am working on an Americana chart now. It's a doozy but nice.
Love your petunias. Don't have any color other than perenials in my yard.
My peonies were beautiful this year. I cut some and put them in an old oil lamp base with water. Found the idea on face book. Very pretty, so I thought.
Don't over do in your yard. Hubby won't be happy......"while the cat's away"
So much to do in my yard and very little motivation from the family.
Have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. Enjoy your beautiful flowers.

It looks very pretty how your sampler is coming together.
Be careful with your eyes Marly when you are doing some garden work. Don't do heavy things because they can dammage your eyes!!!
Have a great Memorial weekend and take care,Truus from Holland
You truly are a glutton for punishment...but I mean that in the nicest way. Sampler is looking amazing. ~Robin~
This is looking fabulous, Marly! Wonderful progress since I last checked in (was sick all week and am just climbing back on the computer again). You are wise to stay away from those heavy outdoor projects. My husband is still unable to do much outside with his shoulder and elbow issues--so frustrating for him. Enjoy this rainy day--but did you see next weeks forecast?!?! Woohoo!!
