Instead of the charted double two color balls, or my change to a single color blob,
I'm liking the simple blue cap change for this border.
End of season pepper surplus leads to frozen sausage/peppers in sauce with onions and garlic for sandwiches.
This mom lost a few babes, one left, from a very late hatch. She and one other hen with late young are outcasts from the flock. They follow, but eat alone and keep their distance.
Enjoy your weekend!

I like the color changes, and the new border. I hope the sewing machine gremlin takes his little cousin and goes/stays away. If they don't, let me know.
Our furnace has not yet been turned on, in fact I suspect the air conditioner will kick back on at least once more this month. Hope the turkey has better luck next year and gets to re-join the group.
Marly, you have a special knack for making designs better! Enjoy your weekend! Cherie in WI
I guess there are outcasts in the animal world just like in the people world.
Your stitching changes are always amazing!!!
A chilly 51* this morning but at least there was no wind ;-)
I see it clearly now...and, yes, yes! your modification is perfection as always. Your sausage/pepper mixture looks good, but I've never had a sandwich using anything remotely close to that. Beautiful fall weekend here albeit a bit cool. ~Robin~
Your changes in your stitching are great as always!
Have a peaceful weekend,Truus from Holland
Marly, I like your change. Well done! Yum on the sausage/pepper mixture.
Excellent choices on the cross stitch! The subdued border fades a bit more into the background and looks less busy and crowded yet still fills the space. Great job as always! Glad you`re able to stitch as much as you have been.
