Getting closer.
I love the 3328 buds in this wide band, and am glad I used that color in the tail and a few other small spots. The bottom section has more of this color. Bottom section ..... or second drum?
I dislike stitching borders, will be crabby during that task. Not a good time for decision making.

I don't enjoy stitching borders either! Would much rather stitch the fun middle motifs. Your piece is looking wonderful, Marly, and would be a perfect drum. Such beautiful colors!
Looking great...tough decision as to do one or two....glad I am not the one who has to make it. Funny, I prefer doing borders over letters. ~Robin~

I think it looks beautiful. I have trouble with borders sometimes but it's usually because I am not paying close attention.
