How much longer?

My only needlework activity is browsing for charts online.  I can't get in to the cardio doc for another three weeks to work out a suitable med, but blood pressure is not causing this wonkiness.  I have to limit my screen time, reading and stitching are impossible.

Hoping my browsing and ordering online during this break will prevent a deep slump, so far it's working.  The perforated paper I jumped to order will probably require a report to Paypal for refund.  This company doesn't answer phone calls, emails, has not shipped.  Most receive payment when an order is filled and ready to ship, this place takes payment and ignores you.  We'll see.

Lizzie is still missing, as is the linen I wanted to sell, and my Cat chart from 1984.  Dammit.  I stitched a number of these and adore this design in various colors and sizes.  I have a finished pillow, I have the chart's cover page, and there is no chance I would have discarded it.  Charting from my finish is certainly possible and should not be difficult.  But where the hell are these items?  I know I set the linens aside but they seem to be in witness protection.  With Lizzie.  But Lauren lost a recently finished hooked rug so I don't feel alone.

To add to the other issues, another crack opened next to the healed one.  Cream, gauze, finger, repeat.

Cavatelli and meatballs for dinner. Easy enough when you have a great Italian store a few towns over.

I hope to catch up on blogs and IG posts soon, very limited right now.

Stay safe everyone.

You can include me in the "people who lose things" club. The most recent is a xstitch pattern with the speciality threads I know I purchased just a few months back. Though I might pirate the floss for another project I wanted to do for Mia as the floss is apparently no longer made/available. Can't find it anywhere...although I found the receipt from the site I purchased it from. What the heck? Dinner sounds yummy.... ~Robin~

I’m a member of the club, too! It makes me crazy when I can’t find something, especially if I just had it! I have floss for a larger Teresa Kogut sampler that’s been MIA for months and I’m almost ready to reorder it. I know if I do, it’ll show up the next day! I hope you can get some answers to your health issues, Marly. I just wish you didn’t have to wait so long. In the meantime, take care.....Cherie in WI

It sounds like we have lots of company in the lost and found department.

Marly, I contacted my local needlework shop, The Crafty Ewe in Broadview Heights, Ohio to ask about the black perforated paper for you. Jeannine, the shop owner, said they did not have any and it had been ordered (along with other colors)and have been waiting a number of months for it. She didn’t know when it might come in.

Hope you feel better soon!

So sorry for you that you have so many health problems and you can see your doctor just after weeks.
Take care, Truus from Holland

Hope your finger gets better. I just had a paper cut right in the bend of mine and not feeling so good. I recently purchased a project bag 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. Good luck on the perforated paper. Love the cats! Janice

I hope that company pulls its head out of its butt and either sends the goods or refunds the money. Preferably sends the goods since you really want the paper. Lizzie will show up, and the cat chart...If it were me, it's probably in a totally unrelated pattern I was considering doing after I stitched the cats.

I hope your finger starts to heal, those cracks *hurt*! Also hope there's a cancelation so the cardiologist can get you in sooner.
