One cardiologist says covid destroyed the heart muscle.
Another stood in her room and told us he feels meds will take time but certainly improve her condition.
Another said 99% certainty a blockage is the cause and can be resolved.
And her PCP of decades told her at 5am she will die soon. Sending you home.

Feeling so sad. Medicine is not an exact science however it seems like Carole has put up a brave fight and her body is giving out. Such an emotional time, may peace be with you and your family...prayers to you all.

Just praying that the doctor who said the meds will help will be correct. Carole has a gigantic will to live. God bless her and you too, Marly.

I was told 18 months prior to my mom's death at 96 that she wouldn't last very long. The doctors really just don't know. I am so sorry that Carole is so ill. Thinking of you.
