Loving these small projects. Not fully finished yet.
On 46 count I dyed, dmc 221.
The bird was changed to a larger motif for balance.
Any problems during this stitch? Big time. Alignment and border were continually one thread off yet the error locations could not be found. A few projects prior, I mentioned the 46 I was working was woven with threads that easily broke. Finally found that breaks were causing the problem. May have been two threads to most stitches but a few inches over, it had dropped and no longer visible so I was actually over three. Re-weaving 46, not fun.
Sick for a few days, got really bad news from my dentist because of the Sjogren's dryness, and came home to find out Carole has covid. I called her doc and will pick up Paxlovid in a few hours.
Two more female surgeries Friday, another two next week, another two the following week. All pregnant, not sure if they will proceed with surgery by then.
Now. Because I was gifted this chart, I will pay it forward and send to someone else. If you get it and already have the chart, please pass it on! Wait. My stored info was deleted with contacts when I tried to fix my email problems. Comments are no-reply except for a handful if that, so I can't even contact you for an address. .......

From 93 to 65 in less than a week. My buds are shriveled.
Be safe!

Well crap about the dental issue, being sick, and Carole having covid.
Glad at least a few of the cats are getting spayed. Though with still more un-spayed females in with un-neutered males, it's like trying to bail out a sinking boat with a thimble. Still, every one done is better than none.
The little I've stitched on high count linen, I noticed super thin threads in some spots. Now I wonder if some of my counting issues were broken threads.
Yay for the finishes! I'm not putting in for the charts. I have so many I'll probably never get to, and that 's not counting the patterns I've saved from magazines and internet for years.
I would love to receive the wonderful pattern you are giving away. I enjoy working on small projects and making them into bowl fillers. So thoughtful of you to share especially after the rough time you have had. Know 2024 has not been a great year for us either. hiemstra.barbara@gmail.com
I would LOVE to have the chart for the "Little Redwork sampler" pinkeep. I have been trying to get myself back into sewing and this should to the trick.. Hope all is well. Thanks so much. rphag@hotmail.com
I would love your little pattern! I love the changes you made, makes the pattern. My email is censminger622@gmail.com. I also live the photo of the plants on your deck. They're beautiful and have done so well during this hot, dry summer! I wish mine had done half as well!
Marly: Pretty design, love the bird, I do have this design, hope whoever gets it they do stitch it.
Life sucks sometimes, wow so sorry you are having issues.
So sorry Carole is ill with covid.
Hope all goers well with the cats.
Catherine
Your plants are gorgeous!!!!! Don't talk to me about shriveled buds girl! Crap about being sick, the dental issues, Carole's COVID, and the cats...100fold crap. But glad there will be some dent in the cat crisis... Your newest pouch is another stunner and a perfect companion to the first. I'm a sucker for redwork...and blackwork for that matter. And while I love that pattern and do not have it...and am sorely tempted...I'll pass. I have a healthy stash and would prefer it goes to someone who will enjoy it sooner rather than later as I likely would. ~Robin~ (Can you believe there are frost warnings here in Nod for this weekend??? Even by our standards, that's a bit early. YIKES.)
Your plants are so pretty. I hope frost won't get them. Glad some of the kitties are being taken care of. Sorry about your dental problems and Carole's Covid. Prayers
Sorry to hear about your sister having covid.
Would love the pattern.

Darling little sampler. I've made mini samplers very similar for my great gram, my gram, my mom. Next up will be me and my daughters! I'm seeing our outdoors plants start to give up; I'm ready for fall. maryhugg@neo.rr.com
Beautiful picture of your porch with the plants.
So sorry to hear about your dental problems and other female problems. Poor Carole having covid-- praying for feeling well soon.
A very pretty pouch and love the bigger bird, that's more in balance.
Take care please Marly,Truus from Holland
The chart is lovely but you are already sending me the ones from last weeks post so someone else needs to receive them. You are spreading the love! So sorry to hear that health issues continue to plague you and your sister. Your plants are fabulous! It has been brutally hot and I can't water enough to sustain flowers. I water enough to keep the plants alive though.
Marly, you do such beautiful work, so intricate. I'm afraid my arthritis would never permit it! Beautiful plants, but everything has its time. There's beauty in that, too, remember. You are a very giving and thoughtful person.
Hello Marly,
Yes, I’d love to have that sweet pattern! My email is tll6601@gmail.com

Hi, Marly. Lisa Buick here. Thank you so much for the three gorgeous samplers. I received them in the mail and love them. I know I will have to use my extra magnifiers but I'm still going to give stitching them a try. You are so kind. Thank you again. Lisa B.
