Happy Easter to you and yours, and those pretty birds and charming cats. It's odd trying to adjust holidays when loved ones are no longer here for the usual celebrations, isn't it. Husband's parents are recently gone, and Easter was Their Holiday. He still finds it difficult to figure out what to do with himself and this day. But we were woken up in the pre-dawn hours by a long series of blinky-gif-laden texts from his ultra-devout born-again sister, who was attending a sunrise service and prayer rally for our illustrious leader-in-chief, equating him explictly with Jesus Himself and The Second Coming, which is kind of odd for a professed Xtian, if you ask me. But whatever, I hope you have a nicer start to your day than here in Toon Town!
