Very close to the chart but easier for me to remember the repeat, a little neater, a row shorter.

Eek about the roof, yes so costly. And the mess and damage to plantings, and the noise while it's being done...ugh. Yet it can't be let go to rot. Sorry regrets about Carole are again causing you grief and distractions.
