Scallop border?
Checkered border?
Changed his brim again, green collar with raisin and gold jacket.
My almost cousin made it through, triple ended up quadruple bypass (Pittsburgh). They couldn't harvest from her leg, used her arm instead. Valve surgery was not done and since they had access, I'm assuming it was not necessary once they finished. She has MS and the physical therapy will be modified to her ability. But with regular doc visits, EKGs, blood work, how do you jump to quadruple bypass? That is quite scary.
Looking at this photo, I should put on my big girl pants and do it as charted. It's different from other borders, and darn cute, but a lot of stitching.

Glad to hear your almost cousin made it through her surgery! What a sweet piece you are working on, Marly!
I like the scallops...my 2 cents.
Jolly Jack is too sweet. However you choose to do the border will be perfect, I'm sure!
Prayers for your almost cousin.
Praises to the Lord for successful surgery of your almost Cousin. If you can
endure it, the scalloped edge is impressive and balanced.
Prayers for your almost cousin. My SIL just had heart valve surgery. Jolly Jack is stinking cute. Janice
Glad to hear that the operation went well for your almost cousin.
Jolly Jack looks very pretty.
Take care,Truus from Holland
Glad to read of the good news of your quasi-cousin's successful procedure. Hoping for a quick recovery. Your hat brim modification is great - adds so much more depth and dimension. Would like to say I will remember this for when I get to stitch this but I know I won't. Me...I LOVE that scalloped border.
