Finished one side of the alphabet, second page is only three letters long. Shouldn't take much time to complete, then the trees and house. (Whether old or new tablet, photos are really bad compared to what I see from phones)
But I need to switch to one of the other projects continuing my attempt to break monogamousity.
I wasn't loving my alpha bird that much, but now every time I see it, love it more.
Loads of leaves to pick up today, a daily task for weeks. Snow covered them two days ago and the wind pushed them into piles quite high. Sunny, also may get to wash the windows.
Some of us are still resisting the season change. After temps in high 20's and snow, these revived tunias seem to have a strong will.
That lamp/magnifier in the shadow figure post is a Dazor from many decades ago. My SIL's is a pinkish bronze, beautiful, purchased the same time. My brother said I could have it. I would like to get the LED light for it but it's costly. Hubs may shorten the stand for me, but I would still like the more simple flexible arm model like Brightech. Ordered one a few years ago on Amazon and it was rusted so back it went.
Enjoy your day.

I love the fact that you are using eyelets for the alphabet, Marly... A great choice! Just catching up on your last few posts as I was down visiting the grandsons for a few days. I sure hope your brother is recovering well from his Covid bout. I caught the baby's cold and have been down for the count for four days now. Just starting to get my energy back. Glad your sweet bird finish is growing on you--it really is lovely!
The bird is very sweet. You accomplish so much!!! You get an atta girl.
Even with the eyelets you're making quick work of that! How could you not love that bird?? My SIL has 3 Dazors (or more?) I'd love to have just one...but they are just too large for my space. The base just has such a large blueprint...and I have so little room. We were in the 40's today!! So amazing.
