Neither of which I am. After removing Flora's error and preparing to start again, I just couldn't do it. I had a miniature sampler in my head for a while now and decided to chart it. Not sure of the colors until I stitch it but so far, they're springy. On 32 count it will be a little over 2 1/2" wide and I had not planned for it to be so small. Counting as I was charting would have been smart but .....
I may start this evening, may not. Today has been a real bitchy day. I noticed that when I am ill, in pain, on meds, the hot flashes take a break. I am greatly improved, but must have reached meno's cut-off point for sympathy because those rat bastards are back. If I had not been in agony I would have enjoyed the break. I stopped at my chiro's to give him a bag of hot sausage, hot sticks, and jalapeno sticks from the nearby meat market because without his treatments, I would still be bent over. He mentioned how he and his wife enjoy hot foods and I knew raw meat would make it to his office, chocolate would have perished on the way. Saw a lot of cat hair in that bent position that I had not noticed before. I bought more Playtex gloves a few weeks ago and am so glad they take care of the furniture and bedding hair.
I am sticking to my Weight Watcher points but haven't lost any more than the first week. I am hungry. Really. Even a Lean Cuisine (which is more like a snack than a meal) is 1/3 of my daily points and I am loading with fruit, but I may switch to the Simply Filling plan. It's also a nuisance to run to the laptop to check and enter points every time something hits my lips. A phone (that I don't have) would be easier and even though I updated, their website is an unreadable mess on my tablet. It's a good plan, but I don't know if it's for me.
Enjoy the last week of April. Time is flying.
p.s. Yes I will share this miniature in case you are interested.

From a fellow WW sympathizer. I'm hungry a lot too. Plus it is hard to do points on many of the things I cook. I'm limping along and have lost a bit after a few months.
I just checked out the list of Simply Filling foods...I could do it after I eat all the cheese in my house...especially when I saw the recipe on Pinterest for cornmeal waffles...okay, I could do it if someone cooked for me and packed my lunches...
I need to do it...today my mom asked if I was pregnant~~~
looking forward to seeing your new little sampler
Hi Marly: I tried WW it was not for me, to hard to pick and choose and keep track, I have lost 15 pounds since the first of the year which is a feat for me, I just stopped drinking soda everyday and only reward myself on Saturdays with a small can of Pepsi, I am staying away from the chocolate now, I keep a bag of Easter MM's in the freezer which makes it harder to get out.
I love the looks of your new design.
I hope that your pain goes away, I had to do the chiropractor a few times last year, good and bad feeling about it, he did help me but hurt me so much I could not go back.
Blessings
Catherine
I've been working doubles and your blogs have helped me get through them and my hubby just bought out an estate(while I was at work)and the house is sold and needs to be emptied in 2 weeks. I'd like to cry but then I read your blog and think Nope, I can get through this. The hot flashes have been really evil this past week and everyone says it's stress. Starting June 1st I will be going very part time with only 2 3 hour shifts per week. I can't wait.I'm going to sit and stitch and get up when I want. So glad you are feeling better. I'm excited to see the new stitching pattern. Thanks for the laughs before bed. Sweet dreams.
Your new chart looks great and I am looking forward to see the rest.
Have a great day
Greetings Truus from Holland
Sorry you're so hungry on WW. Have you tried cheese sticks, pepperoni slices or rice cakes. I see my daughter taking these for an afternoon snack at work.
I know it's bad to be hungry.
Can't believe we're almost into May.

The only reason lean cuisine meals are lean is because they are only a third of a portion.
Hot flashes. Every time mine almost go away they come back with a vengeance. 15+ years now. Another proof that God is a man.
Double check your calendar. I think it's still March...sigh.

Try blending 1 c. frozen kale, a banana, 1 c. coconut milk, 1 t. flaxseed and 1 T of plain almond butter. Green anything any which way is the only thing that keep me from being ravenous. Also curbs the crankiness, insomnia and sugar cravings. Can't stop the dark chocolate though....
I am with Robyn. I can't stop the dark chocolate. If I eat an apple I become positively ravenous!!
Over two years ago I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, a family curse, and I decided to forgo the carb laden American Diabetes Assoc. diet and adopt a very low carb diet. It worked like a charm for me losing about 60 pounds relatively quickly. Luckily I am a meat lover, but full fat dairy, not low fat, butter, cheeses, vegetables and fruit, and yes....chocolate, worked very well for me. I was a carbaholic and it was hard at first, but it worked like a charm. Diabetes is beyond well under control and I am feeling great. Before I went low carb I also used to ache like a son of a b, but now that I cut out a lot of carbs, the inflammation has gone and I have so much more energy. I use the lower carb breads, or just cut back on what I will eat at one time, I even found low carb pasta on Amazon. The plus side for this girl of Polish decent, is that when you eat a lot of protein, you stay full much longer as it digests much more slowly, so bring on the kielbasa! I didn't even limit the amount of proteins I ate, no calorie counting and the weight rolled off. I am past menopause thankfully, and it still was very effective. Took a little getting used to, but I found I just wasn't hungry a lot of the time. Just a thought if you were interested in trying. Good luck!! My email is capecodgirl565@yahoo.com if you have any questions. I am also a retired nurse if that makes any difference!
Your mew chart is looking yummy..
Love and smiles x
You mentioned the new meds you were taking, which could account
for the pause in your weight loss and possibly the increased
appetite ???? Glad to hear you are feeling better despite the
renewed lightening flashes. Bless your humor in the midst of
trials...Love the new design...
you should never be hungry on any diet. that is just wrong. I totally agree with capecodgirl above; low carb is a lifestyle that is workable-- and it works with the reality of living a real life. I urge you to consider trying it !
