Hi folks. Visited Meander Hill in Austintown Ohio yesterday and as usual, a lovely colonial shop. In case you are looking for a feather style tree, they do have these and are willing to ship. A large version is available I believe. The branches are fairly stiff and can hold your stitched ornaments and glass, not sure about really heavy ones. This is their Facebook page where you can contact Evan.
They had another short one that had more stems off the branches rather than singles, really really nice, more expensive. The photos of that one did not come out! Stringing lights on this style isn't easy but they are a perfect way to display stitched pieces, plenty of space to hang free. Same goes for vintage or family glass balls. They also have the German twig trees in two sizes.
Just thought I would mention for those of you that have no access to these sweet primitive trees.

I love the bristle tree!
Ack! Stop tempting me. No willpower...but no more room for yet another tree.
I do love these. $50 seems steep to me though.
Marly, I love shopping at Meander Hill. I haven't visited since they put up their Christmas items. Did you buy anything? I hope to get there before Christmas -- not that I need to add any more "stuff" in my house. My latest purchase was a small tree at 70% off from Catan's and a wooden box that I put it in from Jo Ann's. Wishing you and your family a Merry, blessed Christmas and a peaceful new year. 🎄❤️🎄

Thank you for the tree information. I'll keep it in mind for next year. I'm done with trees (real or artificial) that are so dense, you end up seeing the bottom of the ornaments.
Every year I say buy one and then...
Ohhh such temptation. probably good I do not live nearby. I Love decorating with trees, decorated or not...
Oh my, love these trees.
I would love one of these filled with glass European ornaments.

Yes, I want one. Do I have a Facebook? Nope. Got rid of my account. One of these days I'll get a feather tree.
