Good morning! I have been enjoying your blog for a few months now but have never commented. As someone who lives with chronic migraine and daily headaches in general I would like to share a tip from the ER I learned. Take a Benadryl about 15 minutes before you take any pain medication. I dont fully understand how it works but I know it does work from personal experience. Another tip is to take 2 extra-strength tylenol and 2 advil liquid caps together. Also, sinus meds could be helpful too. Since you dont usually get headaches and this one has lasted so long definitely go to the Dr. I hope I've been helpful and you get relief soon. Headaches are a b*#%h��! Merry Christmas!
