I will be wiping down the boxes and hope it doesn't take the wax off! Carole is ordering all her items through Walmart pick up and has been. I asked her if she wipes down the canned goods and packaging ..... no. It may be overly cautious, but an 81 year old with a failing heart should be. Quite a few customers in stores are wearing the latex gloves. Mark is demanding I stay home Tuesday (Carole's Cleveland Clinic visit) because of my compromised immune system, but she said she will cancel if I don't go because she can't hear the doctor. Well ask him to speak up! I used to take things to strengthen my immunity but now I can't. It's weird. When your immune system is attacking your body instead of protecting it, strengthening it just increases the attack so you have to suppress it which makes you vulnerable.
I worked on Ann Kirby (I'm tired of looking up her true name) and of course, continued making errors. The latest branch to be off will stay that way and I'll move the apples if need be. Two symbols are similar and I failed to notice that, but that's OK. I prefer the branches to be brown, not green or two shades of brown, so I'm fine with that error and will continue.
I saw a FB ad for an expanding gate that I thought was brilliant. It attaches to the frame and the entry door so when the door opens, it creates a barrier so pets can't run out. This isn't the same photo/video I saw but it works the same way. Great idea.
Many places are closing or limiting hours around here, schools have several more weeks off without having to make up the time. Hot Head Burritos wasn't closed! My favorite fast food in a bowl smothered with Sweet Habanero sauce.
Enjoy your Sunday!

My food shopping routine remains the same. I have always gotten into the car after food shopping used hand sanitizer ( all those bottles from Bath and body) I have not been hoarding but you know you buy some to get your order up to Free shipping amount. Go home, put bags on counter , wash my hands, unload food, put bags back in car wipe down counters and then wash my hands. I have ALWAYS done this anyway. I am not a ' afraid of germs" person, just probably why I rarely get a cold.
Happy Sunday Marly.... I didn't think I was away that long, but see I have missed several of your posts. I have caught up now, but won't annoy you with comments on each.... Sorry to read of your tree woes... Like I said, those little errors just have a way of compounding themselves. Schools are closed here too....absolutely absurd if you ask me. I think we have had 4 (or 6?) confirmed cases of the virus in Wisconsin and all in the Milwaukee are....4 hours away. I know I probably should be more concerned having, like you, a compromised immune system, but the hoarding thing and stupidity that has resulted has left me shaking my head. I have to laugh at how people are requiring cashiers to use hand sanitizer before checking their items, then have no qualms about using the credit card pad that every non-hand-washing, booger-picking person has used before them. Your boxes turned out beautifully!! So, even though they are listed and priced, the sale won't actually start until 8 tonight??? I will have to set myself an alarm. I'm at the lake and lose all track of time here. Smiles & Hugs....oh wait....we're not supposed to do the hug thing anymore....so Smiles ~ Robin
They stated this morning that people with heart disease are the most at risk no matter what age...I'm just staying in...and wiping down everything...take care
Just want you to take care, as I am doing.
Jill's work is closed until Apr. 4th. She has to go in several days but the testing center (No. Va. community college) is closed to students. Will be working from home the other days.
She has been the one to do the running and shopping. Have told her it's not necessary for a while......we're pretty well stocked.
Heard it called "Coronaapocolyps" spelling ? this morning.
Thinking of you !
Hugs from afar.

Marly, I have to side with Mark and enourage both you and Carole to reschedule and stay home this time. The clinic is one of the worst exposure risks you can take. I have several friends with auto-immune issues and each of their doctors have ordered them not to leave the house for one month! I understand it seems like Carole might be exchanging one risk for another, but in the case of COVID-19, its not only a risk to oneself, but to everyone else one might unwittingly also pass it on to. Please make every effort to stay safe and healthy.
Oh, Marly, please stay home--this thing is so scary and as you said, with your health issues, you shouldn't put yourself in danger. I had to fly last week to TX and was a nervous wreck. Home safely, but I am just staying inside for the next two weeks (or more) to avoid people just in case I picked up something while traveling. Sorry I missed your box sale--they all turned out so nicely and were obviously a big hit! Take care now ♥
