Yes, lots on my mind today, even though I come from a non-military family. My ancestors tended to stay home and raise the crops/livestock that helped keep the troops fed.

It seems like a lot of regular flus and bugs have been going around this season. I hope your tests are negative and you feel better soon. We had someone drop off kittens at each house in our neighborhood, one year. The shelters will not take them and tell us to leave them on their own, shame that they cannot accommodate them, I have the last two strays I can handle, one is on meds and the other destroys my house. It is great that you can feed it and hopefully find a place for the kitty.
