Good news! GREAT news!!
My neighbor put a note in my mailbox asking if a tiny black kitten was mine. I was so glad to hear that they found it and tiny was safe. After a few texts explaining that we had planned to call an agency since it was so young, she said she has a friend who wants it!! YAY!!! So I took two cartons of soft pate envelopes to her since "she" liked them and the tiny girl is fed and no longer homeless. Was not expecting that at all.
And couldn't wait to tell you.

Well, Marly, the second day of June was already much better for you! Hope it keeps going that way! I’m so glad that sweet kitty found a good home. Your petunias are gorgeous! Mine will never look like that because I don’t have the nerve to give them that much of a haircut!

That's great news! It's so dangerous outside for such a little baby I was worried about her and hoping she'd find her way back to your yard. I needed some good cat news today. My cat Ricky is gravely ill and is still in the hospital tonight. We're already up to a $3000+ vet bill for surgery and aftercare and he's not out of the woods. Please keep your fingers crossed for our sweet boy.
Great that baby kitty was found and someone wants her. She has a home and will be well taken care of and you don't have to feel guilty. Win-Win!
That's brilliant news. I did wonder if the mother had heard the kitten calling and come to rescue him/her and didn't want to think of the alternative scenario.
