from the Dollar Tree.
Love 'em.
Made a number of calls today, no help. No one working in the office after over two years. And except for two responsible women, they won't return until time to sign for their pension. With the holiday weekend, I doubt we will find out what the problem is until next week sometime.
We finished cutting the desk, counter, and drawer and reinstalled, looks so cute! Now she needs a second sliding barn door to make passage easier to the bedroom and it is a perfect size, no wall or frame cutting involved. Coming in next week, then assembly, priming, painting, installing. She was in tears with frustration of not having help, and also because of misjudging the very large motorized chair. The back extends much further than her previous.
My three month wait for initial visit with the new rheumatologist has been changed to virtual because of severe weather Friday, and that's OK. I think. Been having a flare up and am miserable. The replaced front crowns aren't helping and after biting my painful tongue enough to bleed four times, I went for the sandpaper. Dentist is closed until 2023 and I can't deal with this until then.
Ann is fixed and stitching continues as time allows. But that's getting less and less.
As is my patience and temper. Crabs can sometimes morph into sharks. Big fricking hungry sharks.
Be safe everyone.

Great jumbo bags...great that you are coming along on the sampler...
not so good about irresponsible non responses and having to use the
sandpaper...... this, too, shall pass, but not until you discover just
how much you can put up with .....PLEASE....be kind to yourself and
drop some of the issues until after the weekend...so you might find
the peace of Christmas and the love within your very walls....Be blessed during this sacred time, Marly.
I need to check Dollar Tree ASAP! Those kids' toys are huge sometimes :)
Sounds like you are making good progress with the changes are Carole's place. I'm sad to read about her tears. Wish I lived even a bit closer and could offer my help.
Hope you can step back and relax a bit this weekend, Marly--your health, both physical and mental, counts, too! Take good care now and hope you can avoid too much snow. They are saying only an inch down this way. ♥
You never do get a break! Luckily you and Mark are handy and can do the modifications needed at Carole's. Finding someone to do the work...well, you know how that goes.
Good luck with the virtual appointment. I have only had a couple and I am not a fan.
Take good care!!!
Merry Christmas Marly: I love Kohl's, they have such great sales, and the rewards are worth the spending.
I love big bags they hold a load of large items.
I have never done a virtual appointment, not sure if I ever would, I hope all works out for you.
Catherine
You and Mark are very busy with the house of Carole!
Wondering that you find still some time to stitch!!!
Hope the virtual appointment is going well and you get some help for your problems.
Never have had virtual appointments, only by phone during the covid time....doesn't work for me.
Take care and have many peacefull moments for both of you, Truus from Holland
