Always a problem. I told myself to kit projects I intend to start soon. But being a bonehead, that crab does not follow my instructions. Well, anyone's instructions.
But there's a larger outdoor project, getting the material today. This space needs something, and I've wanted a large vintage metal sign to hang year round. If there was a place to find one here, it would probably be quite costly. So I am getting corrugated metal and also cedar boards to paint an old looking advertising sign of ..... something. Costing less than a finished piece, but so much work. The metal one will probably hang on the shed, the wood here, but that depends on the result of my attempt.
This will give you a chuckle. Sophia, just turned ten, didn't realize that the body wash she always bathed with was a mens product. She said "oh no! For men! I'm washing my chest with it and that's why I'm not getting boobs!".
I'm going to go kit now.
I hate picking a linen.

Oh! Your signs will be awesome. I know it!!
I hope you don't get people knocking on your door looking for antiques when you get your new signs. Looking forward to seeing the end result, I know they will be amazing.
Have you been in touch with the Etsy sellers? If the signs are individually produced, you might be able to arrange for a custom size?
Hi Marly: Love the signs you have showing, I also would paint my own, love the wall you will be putting it on.
That is a hoot about the boobs makes me giggle.

Ooooo....I just know your sign will be fabulous!! Yes, as Stitching With Kittens said, many Etsy sellers will do custom sizes. (But somehow I know yours will be better.... ;-) ). Eek about the email issue. Almost sounds like malware got installed somewhere along the line. Wish I could help. LOL about Sophia. Love it. ~Robin~
What a great reaction of Sophia-- poor girl...lol
I think your sign will be fabulous and much better than the signs you showed to us.
Will be the text the same as on the pictures? If so,there will be perhaps people coming to your door asking for antiques.
Hope all goes smoothly with sort out the linen and threads for the next project.
Take care,Truus from Holland
You'll do a fantastic job on the sign.
Sorry I'm of no help on the email. A few years ago, I'd say time to find the neighborhood 12-year old computer whiz for help, but it seems they've all moved on to phones and tablets with those apps.
