Really?

Most all items from Carole's room have been removed.  I saw this tiny tree in a pile.  This tree that I set on her room's large window at the facility for Christmas.  She fell in love with it, aides and nurses did also, so much so that she kept it on display the entire year.  The following Christmas she came back home and once again, the tree was displayed year round on her desk.

When I inquired about it on the pile, Tracy said I was welcome to take it.  She said she never watered it, wondered why it hadn't died yet, but it's sort of stiff, so maybe it did.  But she doesn't want to be bothered with houseplants so I could take it.

What?

One example of why my mind spins in circles.

It's a testament to what a nice artificial plant it is. I'll cast no shade at Tracy, some people are not plant people even in the best of times. I'm glad you were able to take it.

Marly, I am glad, too, that you were able to rescue it. It’s so cute and Carole would be happy to know it lives with you now. Take care…..Cherie in WI

Can understand why Carol favored that appealing tree. Can also understand why your head would spin....but such are the differences in vision and appreciation. It is so nice the tree is being cherished once again.

LOLOL…..you really do have to laugh. I mean, come on….plant person or not surely one can notice the difference . Guess Tracy was busy with other things……
I’m so very glad you rescued that pretty little tree. I have a feeling your Carol is having a good laugh

My husband's sister is sweet and outgoing and tries to purpose her life to Jesus, but damn she's dumb as a rock. Been bailed out her whole life by her parents, and when they were at end of life tried to guilt my husband into taking over. It's mind-blowing the dumbshit people like that come out with, and an exhausting full-time job to try and save them from themselves.
That said, the tree is so pretty and I'm glad you were able to rescue it. I hope seeing it brings you only good memories.
