Hello! I've been feeding the does for a while now and they allow me to get pretty close to them. One I can almost hand feed. I tried to do a video of them and the fawns, but it wasn't a good idea to balance the tablet, a jug full of corn, and a bag of bread, while swatting mosquitoes. So here's a not so great video of part of the crew that I feed. They didn't stick around long because I was doing things out of the ordinary.

Neat Marly. I imagine you fed them the bread by now? Or lots of sandwiches for you and Mark? ;)
Oh my gosh Marly: How lucky you are, I hope you can get them to feed out of your hand while feeding, they are so majestic and beautiful.
Blessings

The wonders of nature. So sweet of you to attempt this. I have a cousin who feeds 'her' deer as well. I live in the woods, we have a herd of about 40 to 50 right now, I don't feed them, they help themselves to all my flowers, shrubs and gardens! Bless their little hearts :) No matter, I love watching them, they come up to my dining room window at mealtimes and watch us until we move then off they go.
Lovely little film - and lovely to hear you too... :-)
Cheers

So sweet, those babies. French toast sounds good for leftover bread. Happy weekend.
Love the video! I love hearing your voice. :D It's nice to put a voice to Marly.
Great video ... all so cute even though they did not cooperate. Good to hear your voice too. How lucky you are to be able to get so close and share with them.
Have a great day...
Peace and Blessings for all,
Barb

Precious video . . . What beautiful surroundings they have to run and play . . . Thank you for sharing! SAH
How fun! Thanks for sharing!
I love this video! Thank you for sharing it. We feed the deer too but they only come at night and run from us. I think it is because we have houses next to us and they have to run about 150 feet to get to woods. I have happy for you that you get to see them and their babies!!! And they come close to you!!! You are the best!
