Loving little

I really like it.  Quick and easy .... if you have a chart to work from, even better.

Love the sampler with the crown. Can I ask whose chart this is? Would like to find a copy.

A beautiful finish, Marly--and so "you!"

To quilter47 - cannot reply to you. The littlest one is from Chessie and Me titled Scottish Initial Sampler. The other one is mine.

Lovely! You emailed me when I told you about our Christmas at the hospital with our puppy and asked me to let you know. We spent New Years there too visiting the ICU 3 times a day. All looked so hopeful after the distress before putting her on a ventilator and they weaned her down to the lowest settings in preparation to being able to pull it out. All to no avail. She died January 2nd within 5 minutes of being taken of the ventilator. To say we are heartbroken does not describe our sadness. We and the doctors came so close to beating the thing I think sucks as much as abuse of people and animals and that is death. We have her brother that we rescued from a despicable lady at a fleamarket and another dog I rescued and her brother is going soon to NC State Veterinary Hospital.Being a nurse I was appalled at the lack of care for sick animals locally but I understand that local vets can't maintain ICU's. We learned veterinary medicine is 30-40 years behind people medicine and I as saddened and somewhat shocked at that news. But I really shouldn't be should I when I know and hear about horrible people and their horrible treatment of animals. I wanted to let you know because you asked. Thank you for your kindness. And if you have other North Carolina followers perhaps they will learn about the love and care NC State Veterinary Hospital offers. They all cried at her death.

Lovely work, Marly! Doing a little catching up and see that you too have had some appliance problems - not fun. And sorry to read that you have a cold. Hope you are feeling better soon.
