Hi everyone. Hope your Thanksgiving was enjoyable. The winner drawn for the silk thread is Carol from Stitching Dreams. Many times in the previous giveaways the winner did not have a blog, but Carol sure does! I'm sure you're all familiar with her fabulous monthly bowl of ornaments and wonderful finishing ideas. Thank you all for participating. I didn't remember until this evening that I had changed my settings to not allow anonymous comments and I apologize for that. I am loaded with spam daily and it was getting to be too much.
Not much stitching happening because I've been busy with boxes.
I plan to have them all finished this week but there are so many I may have to do it through Etsy. Otherwise, it may be too confusing. The remaining sets of 3 will be available here but probably not the individual boxes. I plan on stitching right now and relaxing the rest of the evening. It turned very cold and s*** is predicted. Can you hear my good mood shattering???

The boxes look fantastic, so colorful, too.
I know what you mean about the spam. The anonymous that I get are worded like a relative blog comment but they are nothing more than links to that person's selling site. Ugh. I get my comments thru e-mail and then publish them. That eliminates that problem.

Well hello there Miss Marly....The Cranky (and I do mean CRANKY) Crow checking in from the dark side... ;o)Wowsers...I go MIA for a bit (ok, a good bit) and see I've missed out on all sorts of fun...and not-so fun. So very sorry to read of your cousin's stroke...will certainly keep her in prayer. Scary stuff those strokes. We've been going through the same thing with my mother and this last time, it was like a switch being thrown. And sorry too to read of your computer death. You have my sympathy - and empathy. Mine died as well and then I tried to use my son's laptop. It no longer exists. (They really shouldn't be thrown I guess.) Hmmmm - I had the same problems with whole emails being deleted by hitting backspace, fonts shrinking to the point that not even a munchkin could read them, weird pages popping up in the middle of a sentence, etc. You're saying that's a Windows 7 issue? I thought he had Vista on there....but now feel badly for my destructive rant if it could have been resolved by switching out operating systems. :o And looks like I missed out on boxes again. Boo Hoo!! Some day I'm going to own some!! If you do do updates to folks, I would like to be on "the list" please...I don't get to Etsy often.... Wishing you a wonderful weekend! Yeay for Carol! I love all of those boxes. Don't you just love those spam comments? :P I can't stand the word verification so I have to deal with the spam. I have no interest in ugg boots, replica watches, etc. Oy vey.
